Jacob will continue to respect his dad all of his days. He is Growing up with an education he could never get in a classroom! Wonderful to see such patience from dad as well!
Sitting here watching this with my husband. His daddy abandoned him as a baby and he never had a father figure, to teach him things. He said man I wish I had a daddy like you when I was growing up. You both are wonderful parents.
Meagan, my heart aches with how sweet you and Andy interact. So precious ya'll are. Your children are blessed to have ya'll for guidance. God must be especially fond of ya'll.
Jacob will not be like most kids today. I believe he will be a successful young man with no laziness in his bones. You are setting such a good example with your patience in teaching and raising your children. You both seem to be wonderful parents. God bless💓
Great job Dad! All that patience will pay off some day for Jacob when he's the Daddy! Nice to hear Meagan praise Maggie for doing a good job with the animals. If love and attention is the formula for raising children, you two have mastered the equation! Stay warm--we're chillin' in Arkansas in the snow! God bless!
Megan I so enjoy your videos and they are encouraging....we have been going through a rough patch with health issues and you brought joy to us...God has intervened and we got good news today...thanks for the sweet videos...
It's a tenderloin, because it's very tender.. Looks very cold outside... so time to do repairs inside..lol Always love seeing what you are doing and cooking for dinner. Much love and appreciation from Australia
Dinner looks amazing Megan👍🤓. Jacob is turning into quite the lil helper. Good ole hands on experience. He's doing great learning aspects of daily life n maintenance of things. Lessons that will last a lifetime and he can pass down to his family 👍🤓👍❣️.
14:18 How encouraging (and great fun!) to see that young man of yours put his maximum effort into crimping those wires. Heartwarming, and utterly terrific to see the excellent fruits of your labors in rearing up the next generation. Praise be to The Lord our God❣️
My daughter lives in Fresno too! Unfortunately I'm living in Spokane WA, well, not exactly unfortunately, but a lot further away than I'd like to be ❤ If you've been to CVS pharmacy you've probably seen/met her!
Here I go again, learning how to do something that I never even thought about before. What I keep thinking is that "I never know when I might need to know how to do this". I also enjoy watching a boy learn from his father. Keep up these wonderful videos as long as you can!
I love the color of the meat that you guys produce. I especially love the color of the fat on your chickens and on your hogs reminds me of when I was growing up. Grocery store chicken used to have yellow fat it's all white now. Grocery store pork fat has no flavor, heirloom or home raised hogs definitely have better fat and flavor from all the TLC that you give them. I got a chunk of fat from someone that was processing one of the Hungarian high fat breeds of pork. I could not believe the thickness of the fat under the skin. I asked and he gave me a chunk of the pork fat and I took it home and rendered it oh boy.
I nearly thought Jacob was going to pull a hernia trying to crimp those connections!😂😂😂 But I also knew he'd keep going til he got it. It's so fun to watch those little wins that all make such great life lessons. Made me wanna call & thank my Daddy! Think I'll go do that now...
It shore is good to see father and son working side by side that little Jacob is a good working little feller and Maggie is smart to yall raising them right the Bible says to raise your your children up in the way you want them to go and they never will depart from it Amen yall have a wonderful evening
Always enjoy watching you and your family and the way you live and how fortunate you are living that way instead of living in the city ill tune in next time Thank you
Andy, you and Jacob did a great job on that trailer. I can remember doing that type of stuff on our old log truck bed, even helped replace the bed on it. You guys work great together.
You have such a sweet family, and I know you know this. God bless you guys immensely. I love your videos and will continue to always watch him. They’re always so happy and puts joy in my heart. Thank you. Can’t wait to see your next video.
Fantastic teaching of the younger generation folks. Teach them early and they will enjoy what they are doing. Great job on the trailer Andy and Jacob, got a real deal and will have it like new and lasting quite a long time. Megan and Maggie got the Cows taken care of and that TENDERLOIN turned out great for you, so glad everyone enjoyed it. Stay safe and keep up the great videos. Fred and family.
Yes I got a good commercial meat slicer too from my specialty coffee house I used to hold and yes restaurant stuff goes to real cheap you just got to watch out for auctions basically restaurant stuff sells for $0.05 on the dollar I think my big stand up doubled through a freezer sold in the auction for like $200 and it was worth thousands of dollars so you just got to find your place with a got an option for restaurant stuff the only thing about these meat slicers are you gotta have a good spot to leave it because they're very heavy they're not like the little countertop meat slicers they're heavy my dad used to have a little tiny meat slicer sometimes I wish I had one of my kids because at least you could take it out put it on the counter slice what you want and put it back the big one is not so portable
That's a good looking trailer Andy. You'll be able to haul anything you want on it. I love Mr. Lawson's shop. You can't beat having a good place to work and as cold as it has been, it sure beats working under a barn shelter. Meagan that smoked tenderloin looked great and I'm sure it was absolutely delicious. Y'all stay warm and have a great evening!
❤❤❤❤❤❤ You two are just wonderful patient parents... Your children are lucky to have you both. They will have a purpose when they grow up. Their teachers are both loving and patient as you pass on knowledge to them both.
Talking to my sister today in Roanoke Counry Va about the snow lying around her house waiting in more to come.. Enjoy the time you both take the time to the kids to explain, show, and let them try. A great way to teach and learn Great family memories
That slicer looks just like what I used at my job for over 20 years. Wish I had rooms for one at my house. Restaurants go out of business and used equipment can be found if you just look around. I once equipped a whole commercial kitchen with quality used equipment. It is still working 12 years later.
Hello y'all! I saw Justin the cajun cook do a beef roast one day and did it with a pork loin. He cut slits top to bottom and inserted pieces of garlic and green onion and trimmed even with the meat. Then add your favorite seasoning and it was so good!! I don't have a smoker but gonna have to get one. Looks delicious. Blessings y'all!
We got 3 or 4 inches in east central ALABAMA whichwe only get ever several years we are back up to 50 degrees today snow is gone up to about 60 this coming weekend we have had some weird weather this winter that roast looks good send some to me in ALABAMA
Hello Andy & Meagan and Family. Here in WV the snow storm that came through over a week ago we got 14+ inches of snow. It hasn't gotten above 25° here until today. It got 33° here today. It's suppose to be super cold in the morning. The snow sure is pretty though. Y'all stay warm down there and enjoy that good old pig meat. Love y'all ❤
Mr.Andy the back side marker should be red to indicate the end of the trailer. You and ole Jacob are a part of Aces...make me thank of me and my son and GSon! You'll never forget these times. Hear me talkin to ya! Love watchin you Gents & Ladies.😊
One little thing i discovered using one of those smokers is when I smoke, I only leave the racks in during smoking that have meat on them. I take the extra racks out not being used, and I only have to clean the ones being used. That saved me a lot of clean up. And also, I call the piece of meat you are smoking pork loin. I know a lot of people do it call it tenderloin, but there is a small piece of meat on one end of the loin that is filet or tenderloin. There is a small piece of each side about 10 inches long and about 2 in in diameter. Most people don't know this, but I am just explaining the piece of meat. I grew up myself thinking the loin is all tenderloin. When I stated working in around the grocery stores, I learned the difference.
I wish I could give y'all ten thousand likes for this video!...Makes me think of working with my daddy and my brothers on stuff like this. He's been gone now 11 years. Thank Yall for sharing your day.
Yet another great video, thank you. Megan, approx. How long did you cook the Tenderloin in the smoker for? Your children are going to grow up with so much knowledge. :)
Your pork tenderloin looked delicious!!! You did a great job cooking it / timing it on your smoker. It was pretty meat. Love seeing Jacob learning from his daddy. So sweet. We are in South GA and cold 🥶 it is‼️‼️‼️ no snow , did have some rain today and brrr cold!!!
Just replaced the tires today on my car hauler gooseneck. Sad thing is I may not use it but 2 or 3 times during the 7/8 years the tires are good for until dry rot sets in but they sure are nice when you need them in case a tractor or vehicle breaks down
That is a pork loin...that is what we call it here in Kansas anyway...different than a tenderloin with less marbling. Love both cuts of meat! Love your channel and try to never miss your new posts. Your children hit the lottery with you two as their parents. Good ol fashioned upbringing! I wish more parents would take the time and have the patience that you two have with teaching them life skills. Stay Blessed and God Bless.
I can’t swear to it but I think those back marker lights are supposed to be red. The front and center are the only amber ones on the side of a trailer. The only amber lights allowed on the back are the turn signal. The 3 ID lights are amber to the front and red to the rear.
Jacob will continue to respect his dad all of his days. He is Growing up with an education he could never get in a classroom! Wonderful to see such patience from dad as well!
I agree! Isn't that wonderful ❤
Your channel is like waiting for a good friend to come over
This teaching, this pouring into the children...that's successful parenting. GOOD JOB MEAGHAN AND ANDY!! You are raising fine human beings.
❤🙏💪
Great seeing you both take the time to show Jacob and Maggie how to do things, both seem eager to learn .......you both are amazing parents.

I look forward to your videos. U guys r awesome parents…teaching your children how to be self sufficient. Keep it up!
Your boy will remember helping you long after you are gone!
I just love it to see the parents passing information and knowledge off to the young ones
I can remember my Granny telling me "sweet pea, fat is flavor and don't ever forget that" and I never forgot 💕😊

I'm in N. Mississippi and very cold here. Got 7" snow the other day and yes some is still on the ground and looks like more coming.
Meagan that tenderloin was making my mouth water!
Once again, I enjoy watching this family work together.

I enjoy your channel. Thank you so much for sharing with us. Stay safe and have a blessed day.
You guys amaze us and we have learned alot from both of you. Great job!
I have a meat saw like that and haven`t used it in years
If you never used grape seed oil, you must, itt excellent on pork loins. Not saying olive oil is not any good but grape seed oil on pork is amazing
If I remember correctly they don't eat seed oils because of the negative health problems they cause.
❤❤❤❤❤❤ You two are just wonderful patient parents... Your children are lucky to have you both. They will have a purpose when they grow up. Their teachers are both loving and patient as you pass on knowledge to them both.
Cold up here in Grandview Manitoba, Canada 🇨🇦-26 cecius feels like -36 Celsius with wind chill brrr

We got a good snow in Tennessee, and yes, I have always heard snow waiting on another one. We have it still laying here.
We smoke about a dozen for Canadian bacon also!
