Another great video Tom! On another note….if you let the ribs come to room temperature, you can easily pull that entire skin off the back of the ribs before you cook them. makes the ribs much more tender without it. cheers!

The world is well-known all over the world, I have bought books about Danish hygge in different languages as gifts for friends! In these books a photo from your shelterplace would fit perfect!! I tried the salt trick in the bitter coffees I didn’t like and it changed everything for me what made me frown when I tasted it now is smooth and drinkable . Thanks for the tip

I love your videos. a great little vacation for the soul when I cant be in the forest. Your camp has inspired me to build a similar place on lake superior. is yours maybe 12'x12'? I may add swinging barn style doors incase its windy or stormy. we make camp coffee and bitterness is a bit much, going to try that salt trick, thanks for sharing! keep up the nice simple videos.

On another note….if you let the ribs come to room temperature, you can easily pull that entire skin off the back of the ribs before you cook them. makes the ribs much more tender without it. cheers!

HI Tom , what a fantastic atmosphere you alway have in your shelter , that is exactly the famous Danish " hygge" with the light , candles and fire !! The world is well-known all over the world, I have bought books about Danish hygge in different languages as gifts for friends! In these books a photo from your shelterplace would fit perfect!!

I tried the salt trick in the bitter coffees I didn’t like and it changed everything for me what made me frown when I tasted it now is smooth and drinkable . Thanks for the tip

I love your videos. a great little vacation for the soul when I cant be in the forest. Your camp has inspired me to build a similar place on lake superior. is yours maybe 12'x12'? I may add swinging barn style doors incase its windy or stormy. we make camp coffee and bitterness is a bit much, going to try that salt trick, thanks for sharing! keep up the nice simple videos.
