I guess that does not sound too great if you love esports as I do, this guy is very smart in what he does, but I disagree with his take on esports, I believe as it grows there will be much more money involved and opportunities for the players that participate to capitolize on it...
I can't speak for Josh, but his larger point that the current model for esports teams is unsustainable is accurate IMO. Most of them don't make money and they often burn through young talent in a pretty exploitative way. That being said, I believe there is a ton of unlocked potential in esports, the right way to reach it still hasn't been discovered.
