Hey, you should check out Trees of Mystery in Northern California. Big old Paul Bunyan statue and some other interesting things. Also Confusion Hill around the same area is an interesting roadside attraction a little ways south of there.

Many regions of the country had tall tales about their local industries - Paul was a lumberjack, Bill was a Cowboy and John Henry was a “ steel driving man”.
