میرا اپنا تجربہ یورک ایسڈ کا ہے۔ گو یورک بہت کھائی لیکن آرام نہیں آیا۔
دو چیزیں اس میں بہت مفید ہیں۔ ایک اکسیر جگر شربت، دوسرا شربت بزوری معتدل صبح وشام نہار منہ پینا۔ اس یورک ایسڈ میں کمی واقع ہوجاتی ہے۔ اگر پاؤں میں سوجن ہے۔ تو شربت بزوری معتدل میں عرق مکو دو چمچ کھانے والے اضافہ کر دیں ان شاءاللہ ورم بھی جاتا رہے گا۔
باقی کھانے پینے میں پرہیز لازمی رکھیں۔ گائے کا گوشت، تربوز یعنی کوئی بھی بادی غذا ہو اس سے پرہیز کریں۔
