I used to suffer from gout, the last time I suffered a severe gout attack was in 2017. I have discovered the solution to my gout attack is to keep hydrated, lemon water first thing in the morning before breakfast and last thing before bed.....fruits and vegetable smoothie at least once a day....green apple, ginger, celery, orange and lemon with skin on. I am living a happy and normal life.

I seen for the last month a lot of videos about gout and all of them have conflicting content compared to the others, is one of the diseases that i can't find a constant on what to do, drink or eat, except drinking a lot of water, lemons, and that's it. One says apples are good for it, one says are bad for it, one says tomatoes, the other the contrary, one saids meat is not the problem, one that it is the primary problem, eat tuna, don't eat tuna, eat spinachs, don't eat spinachs, intermittent fasting is good, some is bad, put hest on it, put cold on it, I read the comments and what works for a person it doesn't work for another one. I'm starting to believe that this disease is very different for each person, and people reacts in very different ways to the protocols doctors and other specialists try to make. That's why is so hard to fight it sometimes because what works for someone it doesn't mean it will work for another. It's frustrating and painful.

I stop eating tomatoes, broccoli and beans because my joints will be swollen after few hours. In this video you recommend these 3 to lower uric acid. This is my problem now, my uric acid is high resulting my Creatinen reached 421. My doctor advice me to eat those fruits and vegetables can help to eliminate uric acid back to normal and my Creatinen too.

I have been triggered by apples due the fructose content. I have also been triggered by coffee. Same goes for green tea. Used to love Japanese green tea..had to cut back. Oats can also trigger gout, and has for me.
So you think the coffee makes the gout worse. So do I.

My medication of COLCHCIINE has just arrived and I did research before it came and it seemed OK , but now I have read the leaflet that it came with, I feel this sense of fear as its mentioning that it is strong/livers/kidneys/bloods.... So now I am in two minds to take it. I am on XARELTO as I had a blood clot/DVT in 2013 due to an Achilles tendon rupture. The DR prescribed me COLCHICINE last week.
However, within the week I have been doing researching on what I can do 'at home cure'. ... So far I have been eating oranges and recently been having lemon water and continually fuelling up on bottles of water.... Within the last 2 days , the throbbing, red hot sensation I was feeling on my right foot has now subsided and I can feel that I can walk AT LEAST better than what I could have done 5 days ago...
However, I am still in two minds to pop the first '2 pills of colchcine' as directed in the leaflet and then 1 an hour later just to speed up the process......?
I was given colchicine I was feeling very nausea a vomiting after 2 days I stopped but my gp said take naproxen which is not helping withe pain!😢
