His character arc is a freaking point. He literally goes from self-sacrificial to self-sacrificial over the course of all four cold steel games without ever overcoming his one character flaw, which already is that of a Gary Stu.

It probably related to why Azure and Zero isn't come out in west yet. the sales is not that great in Japan(not because the story but a lots factor) . Lots of player start from sky and steel.
