For me one of the most moving of Joséphine Baker's recordings. Throughout her long career, her voice kept maturing and growing in expressiveness and depth, not to mention technique and breath control. RIP, wonderful Joséphine!

Obviously, her voice has dropped an octave since her wonderful rendition of "I've got you under my skin," sung in French and written by immortal Cole Porter. So I wonder what would be the effect of this same song when Jo was a soprano.
