YES I agree. I understand 100 % what you told in this video. I agree with everything . You need to be very careful choosing dolls on eBay cause it's always a chance to get something wrong. I remember I got there one rare Ashton Drake doll. The price was amazing for that being used doll. Doll came looking as described, but she smelled with cigarettes so badly (! I decided to keep it and clean it but nothing I did really helped. So if you buy a doll you really need to be sure it's coming from the smoke free house. Even if you are smoking yourself you probably will not want your doll to smell this way! That's why my tip is always ask is it a smoke free house or not? The same is about pet free house cause there are some people who have many animals all together and the smell is very big. The person who is living in the house like that feels accustomed to that smell and never notice it. So your doll can smell like a bad washed dog). And it's not funny if you payed several hundreds for a doll!

on a scale of 1=indestructible and 10=broken like glass, Pullip's are around a 5-6. They can usually be dropped once or twice without too much damage, but always be very careful with them! Especially with the joints, and face paints. Hope this helps
When buying a doll at least one good UNFiltered photo is needed! Do all the glamor photos you want, Sellers, but even something as simple as intensifying or subduing saturation can alter the look of the doll away from its actual appearance. So have at least one photo with modifications limited to light balance/color correction for accuracy.
Man I wish I can buy a pullip doll because I love them and my bday is actually today and I want one but their really expensive. Pullip Merl is awesome because she has a Lil sailor outfit and that's so cute and she looks awesome in any outfit. These tips were great btw
I have looked everywhere trying to find if all Pullips have shiny faces??? OR matte finish. If a mix, how would I know the MATTE finish dolls which I prefer.

I bought an akemi doll for 91 dollars and i forgot to check the feedback and the seller didn't know where i live and it got lost in the mail and i was like whaaat now i have to wait like 30 days for my money.
Ive used pullipworld a few times, they are amazingly fast to dispatch! No complaints from me! id totally recommend them ive bought laura, tokidoki luna and wilhelmina from them 💜

please be careful if you get type 3 body pullips! their wrists are super fragile and break alot

Good tip! I have seen gorgeous completely filtered photos of a doll and had to ask an artist for the original images.

Most of the newer dolls have the matte finish faces. The only newer one that doesn't is Regeneration Noir I believe.
