A great haul, and that body looks wonderful. The Blythe is so pretty. I still think it seems a shame to customise these expensive dolls when there are cheaper ones available now to customise. 😊

It is a tricky thing, as they are not really 'fakes' anymore surely? But that is a whole other conversation! ;) I think she will turn out fabulous knowing your talent at customizing!

Great purchase from Ali-Express Beth! I have only just started to order from this place and I think I told you I made the big mistake and pushed the copy button and got two items that I only needed one of. I have not ordered any Blythe Dolls yet, no wig, just clothes, DIY clothes patterns from Yestary and a few trims so far. I read the reviews that say the women get 1/2 of their order, not the right color, things like that. I am so glad that your order, even though it was crushed on one box, came all intact. Whew!, right? Looking forward to seeing what you do with the bald Blythe Doll. The Blue Rabbit is a pretty Blythe Doll too.

wonderful video! yes! i am an aliexpress addict haha, i bought 2 customised faceplates for around $35 some time ago, sadly the store closed, so my next face plate was more expensive, but totally worth it! i’m a college student so these were much more affordable for my limited allowance😅
anyway i also have an obitsu 22 body! and im obsessed!!! so i have 2 more in the way😂

I wonder how well those obitsu bodies will pair with a Licca Chan. I got a second hand nude Licca that I wanted to customize and make her articulated. Your new girl is adorable. I'm not a blythe collector but I can appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into them.

@@BethRamsden I'll be on the look out for that and fingers crossed it's not a flop. The issue I could see coming up is the head being too small for the neck peg, or not fitting for some other reason

I'm having trouble deciding on an AA Blythe girl (can't seem to decide on the hair I like best) - so I really like the idea of getting a blank girl, and rooting her myself! I've already rooted a girl with plies of yarn (she's fabulous), and I love the idea of a dark girl with the same type of hair. So I'm thinking getting a blank girl makes the most sense....Hmmm
I DID recently get a haul from AliExpress! Sooooo many tights, socks, a few rubbery shoes plus a couple of pairs of glasses and a bunch of shirts. 31 items in total, but they did leave out one pair of shoes and a pair of tights. Oh well. However they did throw in an extra pair of socks, so not bad!! Lots of outfit builders so I'm sooooo happy!!

I never ordered something with Ali Express. Do they usually combine different boxes like this?
Yes, if you've ordered a few things in a short space of time, they get sent to a packaging centre before getting shipped to you. Even from different sellers, they'll usually get combined for you ^_^
