Did try it couple of years back. Got problems handling single handedly. Also didn't have smaller tray, hence cooling process was not perfect and failed to get brown colour in yhe middle. But yours was almost (90-95%) perfect dish.

बहुत अच्छी कोशिश जब आप इसे गरम प्लेट में डालें तो उस पर गरम में ही ज़ोर ज़ोर से पानी के छीटें डालें तो,जाली बनती है,हम चीनी पानी घुलने पर घी बेसन सब एक साथ डालकर मिलाते हैं घी छूटने लगे और बेसन फूलने सा हो जाए तो प्लेट में डालकर पानी के छीटें मारते हैं ताक़ि जाली तैयार हो!
आप बेसन घोल कर डालीं ये भी नया लगा❤❤❤❤❤
