When these areas develop hyperpigmentation, they’re very difficult to lighten even with laser treatments.

Hydroquinone is not my favorite for pinoy skin since it can cause a form of irreversible hyperpigmentation called exogenous onchronisis

what about using a loofah pwede po ba?
Hi Anjo, sorry but I don't advise the use of loofah as this will cause friction dermatitis and cause post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
