Samsung lost 1 customer . All I wanted was to use an S pen air gesture, capture photos and stuff. They removed all !!! 😢. I'll NEVER buy this useless thing now.
We have reached a point, in this branch of the industry, where releasing new phones every year no longer makes sense, because innovations do not follow that pace, and the main reason for this practice is consumerism. which became dominant throughout the world.
This phone is technically not aimed for people using the 24. It’s to give those people using the S21 or older an option to think about upgrading to. The hardware would be a huge upgrade for them.
Who upgrades their phone every year? There is no point. It's aimed at people who have a much older phone from the last few years. Like me. I will be upgrading from my S20+. I just don't see the sense of upgrading a phone every single year.
I'm still sticking to my S23 Ultra back from 2023. The upgrade is incremental, not significant, but more of a downgrade. I'm waiting for the Honor Magic V4 to buy in September, as my first foldable smartphone ever. Samsung folding devices are not worth it.
@beastvader Mine is still running well. I only got mine 6 months before the S24 Ultra released. I wanted to upgrade from this crappy Exynos processor on the Note 20 Ultra. Which was a disaster within many factors. I brought the 512gb out right for £1399.00 from my savings. This was the best year ever, with snapdragon being across the board. You only get £413.00 off if you upgrade to S25 Ultra 1tb for £1349.00. If you subtract these sums. It costs me £936.00 for this upgrade. If I double it. I've wasted £1872.00. The deals in US are fanstatic. You can upgrade with $300.00. Another factor to consider is that upgrades are too incremental and more of downgrades within features than significant for the S25 Ultra. To me, it's not worth it, at the end of the day. The choice is yours to make!
The Bluetooth camera button in the S Pen was the most useful feature by a mile. I was looking forward to getting that feature back after having a Pixel. So disappointed
@najdo If the 40% bigger vapour chamber is the trade off, I'll make do using my watch. Let's just hope they're not making a gradual shift away from the S Pen altogether.
Preordered it today, picked the blue titanium 512 ultra and it included free galaxy pro 3 buds and free memory upgrade! Trading in my S22! Thanks for sharing!

Never really used it lol so I could careless, but I do agree it was stupid to remove it though. I can see how some ppl mightve used it but for me it was the least used feature while I used my pen
They are forcing you to either get the watch or the ring if you want that feature. Great marketing move to get more from the customers. Not hard to tell why they did it.
Honestly 🙄🙄 I'll just stick with my 24ultra until whenever they bring back the feature on any new samsung phone before I will change. Cos I love the spen features alot😢
You do know the phone is still getting better right? For the same price?!?!😂😂😂 which means every year they sell more and more phone for the same money, you all just love complaining as a coping method of being too broke to buy a new phone

I TOTALLY agree. If I want AI, I'll just use the Gemini app or ChatGPT. Also, they're trying to pass off features that older phones had, as somehow new because they've slapped AI into the name. It was such a big disappointment, the whole thing.
@Jonnypbx Yeah, the s25 is such a disappointment. Literally the same battery, charging, screen, dimensions for years. Wow, they upgraded the ultra wide camera ...
Ah yes, changing the chip, the shape, the efficency/battery, the screen, the build quality, the bezels, and the camera make it literally the same, right? Like, just say you're either broke or don't know how to use a phone instead of making up shit to cope, lol. The s24 to the s25 is a small but nice jump. The s22 to the s25 literally worlds different, a quick google search will show you that.😊

So S25 Ultra comes with more Ai features which operates on device. Wish they would change 10mp 3x telephoto and a Bigger 5500 mah Battery. I am keeping my s24 ultra for next 3 years for sure
You won't because you dont wanna spend the money. It has nothing to do with the amount of upgrades. You would have kept your s24 U regardless of quit coping
This might be an overly extreme comparison...but, don't use my gun everyday either. But it's always there when I do need it. Same thing with Bluetooth on the s-pen. If you're not gonna to upgrade something, don't downgrade it either. Leave it alone.
I think Samsung wants me to keep using my S22 Ultra for another year. As I said a year ago, I don't care much about the AI features and this year they focused on them again. The S-Pen losing Bluetooth is another disappointment, I sometimes use it for taking photos and it's actually great if you need the phone to be perfectly still, like in extremely low light conditions. I feel like if I buy the S25 Ultra, the only upgrades from my 3 years old phone will be the rounded corners, anti-reflective screen, slightly better chip, camera, and software. Doesn't feel like it's worth the money.
I agree! I don't give a 💩 about AI on the phone. If I want to use AI I'll use ChatGPT or the Gemini app, which you can do on any phone... And I agree about the incremental upgrades, TOTALLY not worth the money. I feel like they're just getting lazy and think if they slap the AI moniker on to everything, that people will just want it.
Agree. And for me, it’s not as if I had any doubts about whether I wanted to spend money on a new phone this year. I just wish Samsung had given me a reason to spend my money on the newest Galaxy phone.
What many don't realize, is that a phone's design and specs get locked in at least 8 months before release. So the next S26 line up will be locked in no later than in 4 months from now. So the feedback and market research Samsung will implement, will be based off consumer's comments on the S23-S24, not the S24 or S25, and that's why the changes seem to always be minimal, its because each years new release, is a an upgrade/improvement of a phone from 2-3 years ago, not last year's phone. If you want to see what has been improved, you need to assess an S22 vs S25. That's why new phones should be released every 2-2.5 years.
I persoablly used the blutooth function of the s pen at every fsmily event where i can set the phpne perfectly to take as many pictures as needed it sucks going back and froth re setting a timer @MAG-hd9cr
Not gonna lie, The S-Pen is the only reason I'm on Android. I've had the Note 3, Note 4, Note 5, Note 9, S23 Ultra. I use the S-Pen all the time but I rarely use the Bluetooth functionality. It was nice to have though.
I think is a move to prepare us to the s26 series like they made the screen flat on the s24 ultra. They are getting ready to get rid of the pen for a larger batterie and mag safe
I have a Note 10+ still and was wanting to upgrade, but the lack of Bluetooth on the s pen is a bummer. Still might though since my battery isn't great anymore.
I heard from a lot of shops that samsung fast charging does way better for ur battery life compared to like rog hyper charge or super fast charging in like xiaomi or red magic. So it is actually a positive aspect that samsung still keeps only the regular fast charging. Im not sure how true this is, but i do feel my rog 6 battery kind of wear out quite fast despite it being 6000 mAH after only 1.5 years of use Can someone please confirm it? 🤔
I've managed to through 4 years with the s21 ultra and felt like I've missed nothing even with S25U. For the first time I'm shopping for something NEW & BOLD
@@kda3113I'm the same as the peeps above. You're right, it still is solid, but after 3+ years for me, I was hoping for a decent upgrade. I find this runs smoothly enough, battery still fine, camera generally good... Maybe I'll let the s25 ultra swing by also now!
Just pre-ordered the S25U, trading in my S21U. I'll miss the unique design of the S21U, but I hope this upgrade will be significant and noticeable! I think the majority of buyers keep their phones for 2-3 years before upgrading, and I think that's a smart practice with how small these yearly updates are.
I preordered a Titanium Jade Green Ultra with 1TB. I am a person who likes to upgrade if they make a couple changes. I LOVE my Z FOLD 6 (previously had another Fold), but I miss the Ultra phones cameras. So I am going back to the S Ultra for now. If they ever put the Ultra cameras on the Fold, I will go back, it is an amazing experience, but I am excited to go back to slab for a while! I have enjoyed the Fold experience way more than I thought I would though!
At this point, smartphones have plateau. I really think Samsung needs to release a Galaxy with a 1-inch sensor for their camera. I wouldn't mind paying an extra $300.00 USD for a 1-inch sensor camera. Better picture and video quality on-the-go that is printable.
@@myfakeguuglaccount8307 smartphones are not getting thin anymore. They have tried thin smartphones 12 years ago and it failed because of the cooling and durability.
@@JjAllDay Sony has a smartphone with a 1-inch sensor for their camera. Problem is that Sony's smartphone is made to accommodate their cameras thus why its not as popular in overall use. If Samsung can do what Sony did, it would be HUGE!!! Add a 4th model that uses a 1-inch sensor and produced limited amount of this 4th model as well. If tons of people buy them, then keep on producing away.
True, but it won't sell as well. People like you and me are ready to pay some more to get a better sensor, but most people wouldn't like the sudden bump in price. The sales would plummet
No, sir you're 100 percent wrong about the Bluetooth Spen. Nothing to do with weight or battery charging..Samsung has acknowledged that the Bluetooth feature are barely used at all and so they felt it was a waste of time adding the Bluetooth spen to the 25 ultra. However, after receiving many multiple complaints and backlash from consumers, Samsung has also acknowledge that they will be releasing a Bluetooth Spen sold separately for the S25 Ultra. It'll be available in Samsung stores and Amazon. As of now. They are possibly either selling or developing the first waves in the Uk as we speak.
Excellent side by side comparison. I can always depend on you as a 72 year senior geek. Question I have the Note 20 Ultra and am looking to trade to the s25 ultra. My carrier is T-Mobile the discount that you are offering is it directly through Samsung or is it applicable with T-Mobile? Do I have to go with T-Mobile when purchasing my phone or if I go with the discount code do I have to let them know that T-Mobile is my carrier and what will I be losing not using T-Mobile I've been with them for 29 years this Saturday between Omnipoint Voice Stream and now T-Mobile? I don't want to lose any benefits that I've acquired over the years!! I was also reading that it is best for me to remove my 256 SD card and copy to the computer or move everything from my SD card to my internal storage, but I don't have enough space. I don't want to lose my data on my SD card. I think the reason they move the Bluetooth on the S Pen is because they are slowly going to discontinue the S Pen but I hope not since they kick the Note series to the curb😢 Keep up the good work!
Samsung is really grinding my gears right now. Looks like I'll be sticking with my S22 Ultra for another year unless the Fold 7 is promising. Samsung is worried about company goals and not consumer standards.
Pathetic incremental update. TBH I don't care that much about the AI because a lot of those features are already on my S23 Ultra, they just don't have the AI moniker slapped on them. Also I already have AI with Gemini on my S23 Ultra. I want them to concentrate on the camera more, especially video. They're just playing catch up on a lot of features at this point. The design got worse also, it looks cheap because they've styled it up like one of their budget phones. I feel they're getting lazy and just selling us features that older phones had, but just saying it's AI to cover for the fact they've not done much else. This was one of the most underwhelming launches I've ever experienced and I certainly won't be upgrading... I might even ditch Samsung and go with a different brand like Xiaomi.
My s22 ultra is dying and I do use my phone a lot for consuming content but also recording videos at the gym...are the S25+ and ultra worth it or is the base model S25 enough?
No RAM upgrades, no increase in battery capacities, almost the same cameras as last year, removal of bluetooth connectivity from the s-pen, emphasis on Al features I'll most likely never use, what's become of the industry now?
@thisistygo909yeah which is the bare minimum now, when you see brands like one plus, vivo and oppo innovate and actually bring next gen technology to their phones, Samsung has been selling the same phone for the past 5 years just changing the chip every year. Shameless behaviour like apple
@thisistygo909 it's to future proof yourself from buying a new phone every 2-3 years, with all of the ai stuff coming each year and apps and games getting heavier you will need those 16 gigs eventually.
I am taking advantage of the trade-in offer. I received $930 discount for the s25 ultra, I hope they don't lower the offer once I ship my old device to Samsung.
I don't know why phone manufacturers won't make smartphones that sit in the sweet spot for size. I think most people think phones have gotten too big. Sweet spot would be between 6.5 and 6.6 inches. Id get the s25 plus if it were that size
Trade in offers suck! Only $600 for my S24 model. Same a S23. Ridiculous.. well samsung you probably lost a trade in for me this year. I do it almost every year.
I hope samsung does the following in next year S26 lineup: 1. LTPO AMOLED 2. SiC Battery with 6000 mAh atleast 3. Massive CAMERA and VIDEOGRAPHY upgrade inline with X200 pro / Find X8 pro / Honor magic 7 pro 4. Change the rear CAMERA sensors layout boring design to vertical oval shape similar to their SAMSUNG logo outline (hint: just replicate and transpose Pixel 9 pro layout design by 90° upright) 5. Include IP69 protection 6. Increase charging speed to atleast 100W wired /50W wireless/ 10W reverse wireless 7. Combining with all the AI features and one UI 8.0 -->> S26 Ultra will be 🔥🔥 in the early 2026 !!
I agree! I feel like Samsung just slapped the AI label on everything, to hide the fact that this phone is nowhere near as good as some of the competition. The S25 line up is just boring, underwhelming, lazy... And a bit ugly too, as I feel they look more like their budget line up.
Im a samsung fan but i gotta admit samsung is doing what we accuse apple of doing for years. Funny thing is that apple at the very least did a little change with the cameras for the iphone 16 base compared to the 15. Samsung didnt change anything.
I will keep my S23 Ultra ❤ No need to upgrade. Since the removal of curved screen, i don't find new Samsung attractive no more. At least they should upgrade the 10MP telephoto sensor. It's been there for years now
Just still have s8 but my dream phone is s23 ultra if am to upgrade but still costly here in Uganda...i will have to wait for another year. Wow what a master piece S25 ultra...🎉
Most of the other reviewers haven't confirmed the loss of bluetooth on the stylus .. is that a DEFINITE bluetooth delete from Samsung as that is one feature I regularly use and it would prevent me buying an S25 Ultra if so unfortunately
@@saleemhawatmeh well I've pre-ordered but if that is the case then I'd better cancel as it's a key feature. Makes no sense why they would remove that in my eyes. @@sweedishpie360 yup all this ai stuff which I hardly use once a month will be on s24 and s23
and help me too to keep my s23 ultra...
They removed the Bluetooth in the S pen, such a L decision. S pen is basically useless now.
You probably used it lile ten times
it's due to Qi wired charging if im not mistaken there's some interference there..
I persoablly used the blutooth function of the s pen at every fsmily event where i can set the phpne perfectly to take as many pictures as needed it sucks going back and froth re setting a timer @MAG-hd9cr
all I used it for was to take pictures it's useless now
Not gonna lie, The S-Pen is the only reason I'm on Android. I've had the Note 3, Note 4, Note 5, Note 9, S23 Ultra. I use the S-Pen all the time but I rarely use the Bluetooth functionality. It was nice to have though.
It looks like I'm extending the life of my S22 Ultra
Me too! The S25 Ultra would be a MASSIVE waste of money.
Me too on my s23 256g
You would have said that no matter the upgrade
I have S22 Ultra but battery is draining fast I might jump to Huawei phone

Damn Supersaf. Compact, detailed and wholesome review of all the S25 lineups. Keep it up bro 👍🏻
S23, S24 and S25 and their Plus models now have the same camera hardware.
I think I like s24 design compared to s25
Same
The Samsung Note is evolving, just backwards.
Right
Yes I am still using my note 8
Was really excited for this phone but now not so much. The S24 Ultra looks so much better, that's the one I will be getting
my vivo x200 pro is arriving soon. I can't wait.. yehey more excited.
Yeah I'm more excited about Vivo and Xiaomi phones. Samsung have gotten REALLY lazy.
The one disappointment was that they removed the Bluetooth on the S Pen, which is considered convenient to quickly take a picture or record button
I think is a move to prepare us to the s26 series like they made the screen flat on the s24 ultra. They are getting ready to get rid of the pen for a larger batterie and mag safe
@@djibindom2341 If that happens, no more Samsung for me. The S-Pen is the only reason I don't go for Honor.
Wow, I expected nothing but I'm still disappointed. Samsung needs to step it up
I have a Note 10+ still and was wanting to upgrade, but the lack of Bluetooth on the s pen is a bummer.
Im not sure how true this is, but i do feel my rog 6 battery kind of wear out quite fast despite it being 6000 mAH after only 1.5 years of use
Can someone please confirm it? 🤔
I've managed to through 4 years with the s21 ultra and felt like I've missed nothing even with S25U. For the first time I'm shopping for something NEW & BOLD
Same bro, still on my s21 ultra.
Spectacular phone.
why do you need a new phone. S21 Ultra is still solid.
@@kda3113I'm the same as the peeps above. You're right, it still is solid, but after 3+ years for me, I was hoping for a decent upgrade. I find this runs smoothly enough, battery still fine, camera generally good... Maybe I'll let the s25 ultra swing by also now!
@@nostro1001get the s24 ultra, it's better and cheaper
S21 Ultra is amazing bit don't be daft, this is better.
S24 ultra looks more premium tbh
So true
No way....titanium frame instead of aluminium and round corners, a phone you can hold that doesn't torture your hands
@@richarddutchholland4780 this s25 ultra looks like a $150 A series
Yea🎉
Yeah it’s bcause of the camera bump innit 😂
Brief yet detailed! Thanks Supe!
I have s22 ultra so definitely upgrading to s25 ultra now. The nerf to the pen isn't an issue to me
I preordered a Titanium Jade Green Ultra with 1TB.
I just got the S25 Plus. I don’t care about the S-Pen. Using an iPhone SE2 for 4 years 😅 very anxious for my new telephone
I got the updates that I needed the most, LOG video, zebras for exposure, rounded corners, better ultra wide camera.
At this point, smartphones have plateau. I really think Samsung needs to release a Galaxy with a 1-inch sensor for their camera. I wouldn't mind paying an extra $300.00 USD for a 1-inch sensor camera. Better picture and video quality on-the-go that is printable.
I think the ideas are limitless, how to get into a small form factor like a phone is not.
Won't work. Not with phones getting so thin, but thin is what everyone wants. 🤷♂️
Why nobody mentions the PWM dimming refresh ?!?!??! Is so important!!! What was the HZ rate?
This S25 ultra is going to make my S24 ultra holds its value much much longer😍.
Samsung is really grinding my gears right now. Looks like I'll be sticking with my S22 Ultra for another year unless the Fold 7 is promising. Samsung is worried about company goals and not consumer standards.
My OnePlus 13 purchase is now even more validated...❤️🙂😅
Today is the last day of Samsung s25 + preorder , should I get one plus 13 or Samsung s25 plus ?
I pulled the trigger and traded I'm my GS22U towards the purchase of the GS25U! Very excited!
I cant believe they removed the Bluetooth functions
My s22 ultra is dying and I do use my phone a lot for consuming content but also recording videos at the gym...are the S25+ and ultra worth it or is the base model S25 enough?
Why is there not a thicker option with a battery that lasts?
Because the Chinese are driving the thin trend, and pundits laud it as "innovation."
They aren't making any improvements on batteries
Respect Supersaff.
Excellent video.
I'm looking forward to getting the S25 Ultra next month.
I love watching things I can't afford chess to brothers who are like me🍻🍻😁
Same here😂
Honestly 😂😂
I wish I can afford it though 😢
hmmm still dont know, should I get a S24U or S25+ ? thoughts ?
No RAM upgrades, no increase in battery
capacities, almost the same cameras as last
year, removal of bluetooth connectivity from the
s-pen, emphasis on Al features I'll most likely
never use, what's become of the industry now?
RAM went from 8 to 12?
@thisistygo909yeah which is the bare minimum now, when you see brands like one plus, vivo and oppo innovate and actually bring next gen technology to their phones, Samsung has been selling the same phone for the past 5 years just changing the chip every year. Shameless behaviour like apple
what do you mean no ram upgrades? it's literally started with 12Gb while s24 series with 8GB
@@bruhproductions2078 tf u doing on ur phone that u need more than 12gb of RAM for?
@thisistygo909 it's to future proof yourself from buying a new phone every 2-3 years, with all of the ai stuff coming each year and apps and games getting heavier you will need those 16 gigs eventually.
Yeah, looks like I'm sticking with my S23+ for a couple more years! Thanks. 😃
Would be a game-changer if they add an sd card slot.
I preordered the s25 ultra. This is my first ultra device so I am quite excited. Currently using s22+
What is ur planning for that S22+?
I am taking advantage of the trade-in offer. I received $930 discount for the s25 ultra, I hope they don't lower the offer once I ship my old device to Samsung.
Bluetooth is gone from Spen.... They really turned the S pen into a metal stick and called it an upgrade 😛
Lol
Samsung s25 or Samsung flip 6? Can you please do a comparison?

I don't know why phone manufacturers won't make smartphones that sit in the sweet spot for size. I think most people think phones have gotten too big. Sweet spot would be between 6.5 and 6.6 inches.
Id get the s25 plus if it were that size
Trade in offers suck! Only $600 for my S24 model. Same a S23. Ridiculous.. well samsung you probably lost a trade in for me this year. I do it almost every year.
I got 900
1,000 with t-mobile from the s24 all the way down to the s10 for trade in!
Sucks to be you... because I get alot more than that
You got 900 for the "REGULAR S24"? Please explain folks?..
@cassijoanna Its actually doesn't because I save $700 for basically a software upgrade lol.. but im curious what deal you are referring to??
Is the Bluetooth pen from S24 Ultra compatible with the S25 Ultra?
Note 20 ultra had a 6.9in display also has an SD card
I'm still using S9 . Still does the job . But battery life start diminish. So it's time...
Love design on s24 ultra teams ❤
I will go with s25, will battery for s25 will last for a day?
I am definitely going for 25 Ultra ❤
Saf might be my new go to tech youtuber
They look really nice, and i like how snapdragon elite is on all 3. But I'm leaning toward keeping my s24 ultra
Definitely going to look into the Samsung Galaxy S 25 Plus. Seems like a great option.
I hope samsung does the following in next year S26 lineup:
1. LTPO AMOLED
2. SiC Battery with 6000 mAh atleast
3. Massive CAMERA and VIDEOGRAPHY upgrade inline with X200 pro / Find X8 pro / Honor magic 7 pro
4. Change the rear CAMERA sensors layout boring design to vertical oval shape similar to their SAMSUNG logo outline (hint: just replicate and transpose Pixel 9 pro layout design by 90° upright)
5. Include IP69 protection
6. Increase charging speed to atleast 100W wired /50W wireless/ 10W reverse wireless
7. Combining with all the AI features and one UI 8.0 -->> S26 Ultra will be 🔥🔥 in the early 2026 !!
And bring Bluetooth back to S pen obviously lol, bring all that stuff to the s26
Wow snapdragon across all devices ❤
That's the only thing that was even remotely wow about these phones.
Fantastic video! Love the side by side comparison tables
Oppo, Xiaomi, and Vivo are officially the phones the beat. Samsung, Google, and Apple have fallen behind.
in terms of camera , yes
but software is shit
I agree! I feel like Samsung just slapped the AI label on everything, to hide the fact that this phone is nowhere near as good as some of the competition. The S25 line up is just boring, underwhelming, lazy... And a bit ugly too, as I feel they look more like their budget line up.
The best content creator at least for me when it comes down to new cell fones.
It's been there for years now
Have to say, the S25 Ultra is a big disappointment, plus it looks like one of their budget A series phones.
What should I do I have s22 ultra and a week back my display has got a crack should I replace the display or upgrade to s25 ultra ?pls suggest
The S24 Ultra is actually more gorgeous and the fact they removed Bluetooth from the S Pen? I'll keep my S24 Ultra.
Just still have s8 but my dream phone is s23 ultra if am to upgrade but still costly here in Uganda...i will have to wait for another year. Wow what a master piece S25 ultra...🎉
Almost no Major upgrade compare to S23 ultra 😅....
It's become pointless to upgrade smartphone, less than 3 year of period( iphone and Android both)
If you want a good phone now it is better to Import a phone from China. They make global versions that kick everyone's ass.
Enjoy the content, just wondering if you have a S24 Ultra can you use the S pin from the S24 (Bluetooth) for the S24 Ultra?
I'm the only one who think that the Design of S24 ULTRA is better😢
I agree with you 😢

Most of the other reviewers haven't confirmed the loss of bluetooth on the stylus .. is that a DEFINITE bluetooth delete from Samsung as that is one feature I regularly use and it would prevent me buying an S25 Ultra if so unfortunately
It's gone lol
@@saleemhawatmeh well I've pre-ordered but if that is the case then I'd better cancel as it's a key feature. Makes no sense why they would remove that in my eyes. Probably one of the most useful features on the phone ... always astounds me that Samsung do this ... take away unique features which are really useful and put people off upgrading. Makes no logical sense.
Honestly without the smart s pen just ditch the pen remove the plus model and put huge ass battery in the ultra...
Nah, if they ditch the pen, I'm going to Apple
