Dauda Epo Akara was a great composer in the mold of Yusuf Olatunji, Sanusi Aka, Haruna Ishola, Lefty Balogun and the legend Abibu Oluwa. He was an Ibadan indigene a brick layer by original profession.
They usually have a primary profession before they break through in music. Omowura was a lorry driver or so too before he was discovered by his lead drummer Ajewole Onilu Ola.
I feel very excited whenever listen to those old music.. Simply because theres sence and knowledge overthere beside i used to remember home of origin by liaten to yoruba old music.... Lovely n super
