You have a huge collection of books. I really loved and enjoyed the bookshelf tour. Really books contains so much memories, the gifted ones, the old ones, classics and all.😍💕
This is wonderful! But I can only imagine the pain in maintaining all of these books. Dusting and rearranging them probably takes you a while, right? But very happy for you!
I meant how do you keep track of your books: of all the books you have, if you've lended any etc. Do you maintain some sort of "all my books list" so that you know you've still got every last book that you've bought and also the one that you haven't seen in a while. 😂 (asking for myself).
ohh! thanks for clarifying! i just maintain a list on my notes app - books lent. that’s it. also, that said, i only lend books to close people and not just to anyone.
@PrettyLittleBibliophile have you tried asimov? And there's a series by peter f hamilton, Night's dawn trilogy... Im so sorry, its rare for me to see somebody who is a voracious reader
hey! i last studied hindi in class 7 so i am a little rusty and as such do not read hindi novels. but i have been reading some poetry recently - madhushala by harivansh rai bachchan. i think in this case, you will have to recommend me hindi literature!
@@PrettyLittleBibliophile i completed 2 novels recently ,the first one is "gunaho ka devta by dharmveer bharti" and second is "tamas by bhisham sahni " ....you can read first " gunaho ka deveta" which is love story of "chander" &"sudha". thanks ...
hey! i would recommend these books - an atlas of impossible longing by anuradha roy, reef by romesh gunesekera, lajja by taslima nasreen, the palace of illusions by chitra banerjee divakaruni, whereabouts by jhumpa lahiri, the divine sword by rita chowdhury, vyas (graphic novel) by sibaji bandyopadhyay and sankha banerjee, geisha of gion by mineko iwasaki, never let me go by kazuo ishiguro, how to pronounce knife by souvankham thammavongsa, days at the morisaki bookshop by satoshi yagisawa etc
Haha hey! I personally do not like that organisation system so for now it’s according to genre only… I think color coding will make it really difficult for me to find a book

Hi! I live in Canada and sadly there aren’t many Asian/Indian authors… I would like to have some suggestions!
hey! i would recommend these books - an atlas of impossible longing by anuradha roy, reef by romesh gunesekera, lajja by taslima nasreen, the palace of illusions by chitra banerjee divakaruni, whereabouts by jhumpa lahiri, the divine sword by rita chowdhury, vyas (graphic novel) by sibaji bandyopadhyay and sankha banerjee, geisha of gion by mineko iwasaki, never let me go by kazuo ishiguro, how to pronounce knife by souvankham thammavongsa, days at the morisaki bookshop by satoshi yagisawa etc
this is a very short list but if you like them you can definitely check out for more - there are innumerable amazing authors!
