- Take a peek at Singapore's oldest performing arts centre, Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall, as it holds an open house over the weekend (July 19 and 20). Established in 1862, Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall will be opening its doors once again after undergoing four years of refurbishment, restoration and redevelopment.
