I don't know why the referee didn't give it a penalty 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️I saw a lot of people saying it was offside. If it was offside, then Spain would have start with free-kick but they are starting with Germany's throw. Musiala's short goes straight to Cucu's hand, now as a defender it's natural that Cucu would want to take his hands back here, he's taking his hands back which means he's shortening his body which is fine I understand,I get it but but but his hands are clearly in the way of the shot, And There is no reason for proximity here because there was more than enough distance between Musiala and cucu where cucu could have taken his hand back before short if he wanted to (then it would have gone into a 100% natural position rule) and the most important thing is the ball was definitely going his destination ( towards goal), so in my opinion it was a clear penalty (totally my personal opinion)
