There are so many ways to make eyes, lips, noses, etc. But eyes in particular can be very difficult because of their expressiveness.
I went through many different techniques and attempts to create this tutorial how I would normally create eyes myself. I went through three different ways to sculpt eyes before I created the process in this video.
Unfortunately, all of the techniques I would normally use are way too complicated for this format. I want these videos to be easy to understand so that even a beginner could follow along. To test that idea out I actually sculpt all of these with a mouse to make sure that they are easy enough to follow along with.
So with a big caveat, I don't normally make eyes this way, but it will give you a great foundational form and understanding for creating eyes. Especially if you are new to sculpting them. Hope you find the video helpful!

I'm literally speechless rn. I don't even know what's more - simplicity of this method or its absolutely absurd efficiency. Thank you very much

I prefer my personal way but I did learn you can hit alt to toggle waypoints for the knife brush so that's really really useful!

you can do this with any of the slice brushes. SIngle tap for curves as well.

Try using the brush from the other direction and make sure you don’t have anything masked. It could also be a problem with the strength of your brush. The easiest way would be to open ZBrush and try the brush on a primitive object to make sure it’s working.

lol the hard part is glazed over towards the end in "use brushes like trim..." Getting the eyelid to be sharp and the right shape can be a real battle

When I do the lower eyelid with Knife Curve, the bottom gets cut off when I need the bottom part. How do I fix that?

Hey Ben! Irrelevant comment here. Eyes might come in all shapes but not necesarily sizes ;)
There is no significant difference between the eyeball size of different age or gender groups :P

No way amateurs will succeed at this. Just use dam standard and clay buildup. This won’t work when creating likeness. Only Disney characters
