What impresses me is that billy is not intimidated at all by him and the revelations. I kept expecting him to to have to something up his sleeve. For someone with no powers he still looks dangerous.
In the episode’s commentary the creator says that Karl wanted to say very little. They cut a lot of the dialogue they had planned so he only needed to say what was necessary.
