This video chronicles an entire day of boxing training in havana, cuba by the members of the Freestyle Fighting Academy (miami, fl). It covers everything from warm up, to drills, to footwork, to defense, to light body sparring, etc. Also Cuban coach discusses some more of his boxing philosophy which he refers to as "sentido amplio".
