Typical asian martial art, looks flashy, sometimes ridiculous, but isnt effective at all :,D (except fot thai boxing/kick boxing)
T Orsti depends on what you try to accomplish. you don't always need to punch someone to win a fight
It isn't meant to be a combat art.
The most of the asian martial arts are very effective but taido isnt
Shotokan Karate, Kyokushin, Jiujistu, Judo, Muay thai. I can go on with these you know. They are all practical.
