$859K for a 400K house is simply insane. I don't care if it is across A!A from the beach or not. Typically beach side premium is about 100K which would currently price this house at about 500-600K even in this crazy market. Built upon Air force base recovered land with potential for hazardous waste underneath, no way insurance is going to be $3000 at renew time.
You can drive golf carts in Satellite as long as they’re street legal and registered. You can’t drive on A1A but you can cross A1A so you could drive from the VUE to Hightower Beach and park there
My parents lived about 7 miles south of there. I was shocked by how high the home prices are there now. When you add hoa fees, insurance and property taxes it is really unaffordable.

That location looks amazing! Do they allow golf cart access to that dock to the beach you featured?
