@Layla Hutton There are differences in severity when you're feeling anxiety.... there is also a difference from just the feeling anxiety and the medical condition anxiety. People do not need to be diagnosed with anxiety to feel it, just like someone can be depressed for a few days but not have full on depression.

FYI SHAROIE is 100% non toxic, in theory you could drink it if you could deal with the taste, and experience no negative issues. I use it for dying baby clothes and items for sensitive people. It's just as safe as colored hair dye sans the bleaching hair prior. I have died my hair with it several times. The ONLY issue I have observed is how quickly certain sharpie colors fade. Others last as long as some of the big name vibrant hair colors (i.e. manic panic and artic fox), but the ones that fade quickly tend to fade unevenly and I consistently. The best SHARPIE colors to utilize as hair dye imo are cool tone pinks and rich purples.
