So i fixed mine with this video but now it is shooting the photo really far away how do i fix it

Close the cover and it slows the ejection

I would check the placement of your rubber bands

Too flimsy to ever work for very long if it works at all. All that work putting in the technical stuff, and the button is inert, stuff on the inside is like decoration! Love the look of the camera, but it does need fixing or removed altogether.
