Made last night for dinner….. I cannot believe how delicious this was! I didn’t have Napa cabbage so I used regular and I couldn’t find snow peas blown away but how delicious a raw meal can be. Today is day 7 of my all raw diet I’ve been eating only fruit until yesterday dinner it was just what I needed to keep going.

If you still want it to be creamy, omit the nuts and coconut water and just use some of the coconut meat. I also added to his recipe 1/4 red bell pepper, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp tandoori powder and 2 tsp curry powder and I'm having a religious experience right now... but all the garlic is spicy as hell! lol
