@ I installed the huge AtomRC 3-D gimbal. The plane flew but took full power lol. While I was looking around, I stalled it and it crashed into some tall trees. I never was able to find it.

@@Carticiak Hey mate, I'm using gyroflow version 1.54 as it doesn't work at all on the current 1.6 version. The moonlight gyro data seems very good otherwise, IMU orientation is correct for me but you still might want to go through all settings needed with Walksnail. @@rcaddict9558 Yes exactly, and it‘s mapped to the yaw axis. So instead of a rudder moving to the left you have got the right motor spinning up wich causes a very similar effect. 😉
@McLogo76 brilliant! Thankyou, from someone that loves fc, betaflight or inav and drones, do you think this is as good fun as fpvdrones? Or better, im looking for a project!
@ That is a hard question mate 😉 I‘ve flown a bit of rc helis and rc planes before I flew analog quads. For me all of it is fun but after flying fpv I don‘t want to go back to LOS 😂 I enjoy wings as I do enjoy quads and I love to build stuff. If you want to start and try wings I would recommend to start with something like the Baby AR wing, which is cheap and easy to fly. If you‘venot flown RC planes I would also recommend to try wing sim to see how wings fly and what the differences are to flying a quad. It‘s actually easier but with some quirks. take care
@@rcaddict9558 It's not that hard to setup and there are many good setup vids available also specially for the ar baby wing. A plane with a rudder or differential thrust is a bit more to to but also doable, specially with guides. But yep, it needs larger battteries and a baby AR will be more forgiving at the beginning. While also being super fun.
I am very new to FPV and I m using the exact same fc as you. I have been having issues getting my video and OSD to mix and transmit. I am able to transmit the OSD but no video. When I plug my camera video into the vtx I am able to get the camera feed to pop up but the trade off is no OSD. The transmitter and cam are analog. any suggestions?
Hi Matthew, we've all been there. So I guess you are using the analog VTX Connector or the solder pads for the VTX on the Speedybee and also have the Cam connected to the Speedybee Cam Connector? I think this guide by Andrew Newton is good to check if all is connected correclty - on a very similar Speedybee th-cam.com/video/X86keMf2rv4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=zgrlgJPsDtIYUol-&t=543

That covers some serious distance
Hehe it does mate, could maybe be a bit more with higher pitch but I don't think it needs it.
Nice video and great spot! I have a Penguin as well... So fun to fly! Subbed!
