Failboat can temporarily export from his vessel into a translucent spirit form of himself, allowing for finite freeflying and clipping. This leaves the main body dormant and therefore vulnerable to attacks or possession. He looks asleep, and being hit will “wake” up the body, canceling the astral projection and returning sight to the physical body.
Such a move takes a lot of energy and training to execute perfectly, thus being only used when needed and not for playful scenarios. Atleast, that is what he was advised.
