Oh wow, I appreciate the follow up, you stated it perfectly,"Use as a frame of reference ", it obviously isn't a high percentage shot considering the variance from table to table of rail reflex/compression, but I am more confident should it come up .Thanks Again!
Cool video man. Just because of my own curiosity I put a moori medium tip on my cue. The top two layers were awful but after working them off it played great. But I also like a hard tip so. I did break with it a few times as well to press the tip a little. I still think the moori quick is a better tip but the medium plays similar to kamui tip. Good action great control and spin. Maybe the tip you had just needed worked down. Neither the less you seem happy with the ultraskin. I think I'll give one a try. But the moori quicks have been good to me so doubt I'll be changing for good
Yeah I don't know if taking it down would have helped. Unlike you, I don't really like a hard tip. And while they said it was a medium from the factory, I highly doubt it. I've got no complaints with the Ultraskin. It feels night and day to the factory tip. Like floating in air👍😂🍻
@@HereAfterBilliards I understand. Ya if we all liked the same things in cues there wouldn't be as many options their are. It's always seemed crazy to me that guys who play similar shots I play shoot with completely different stuff compared to me. But we all have differences in our strokes. Even the pros have vast differences in their strokes and equipment. This is why I hate it when people ask me what's the best cue. I always say it's the one in your hand. All that being said I absolutely love my j flower cue. Been about a year now with it and I enjoy more now than when I first got it.
@@jasonsanders9054 Yeah you're right about that. As for my F Flowers cue my verdicts out. Not only did I go to carbon fiber for the first time, but I have the 11.8mm shaft/tip. It's quite the adjustment. The difference between 11.8 and 12.5 doesn't seem like a lot...but when you're staring down the cue...its very noticeable. I don't know if I like it.
Honestly just play with center ball. This shot is a last resort type thing and hopefully you never have to use it😂. The introduction of English is something you could experiment with by yoyrself. Trying to cheat angles and all of that stuff. Big shout out right back at you from Alberta.
Yeah it's completely dependant on position and comfort level. They're good to know because you never know if the shot could come up because of the traffic on the table. For example the kick may not be there because of other balls being in the way...but this bank is and there's no easy safety. Might as well go for it then right?! Plus...when you make it you'll look like a Golden God😂😂😂
I'm pretty sure TH-cam wouldn't like me breaking our partnership agreement by doing that. I'm doing it the old way...going to keep working hard to put out good content.

All good man. Thanks for the idea👍👍
THANKS SO MUCH! You don’tknow how much that helped!
Awesome! Glad it helped😊👍
Thx for the tips on these banks, will use them!👍
You're very welcome👍
Well done. Your frame of reference on the short rail also works if there is a small gap between ball and rail, say a ball width or less.
Cheers Bob!❤️👍
Hey man great channel!
Cheers Man! Glad you like it🍻👍
Nicely done on the vid as always. How's the vault plate holding up after that tip change on the JFlowers shaft?
So far so good man👍. Everything's tight and hitting great

@@HereAfterBilliards well I went with the 12.5 as it was the only option. But I've always played with a 12.5 shaft anyway so not much adjustment
Top, middle or bottom on the cue ball? Does it make a difference with these shots? Big Canadian thank you!

Wow, never considered those banks. I'm usually kicking at those balls because of the ease of hitting them on the good side.
