The first tip I agree with. I started at Borussia Dortmund ll. After a season, I went up to Brentford. After that, I signed with Barca. After the first season with them, they got bad. After the 2nd season with Barca, I went to Arsenal. I had a great 4 seasons with them in the premier league. Arteta was an amazing manager. I wanted to go to Bayern after the 4th season, but I ended up with Juventus. I was with them for 2 seasons, and it was amazing. I felt like going to my real home, Arsenal. I went to them after the 2nd season with Juventus. I am 28 now, and at 30, I will go to Bayern if I have the chance. My plan is to retire with Arsenal. Another thing I recommend is changing positions, I've played striker, winger, and now I'm playing Centre attacking mid. It's interesting and fun.

the new player career mode is okay, but i prefer the old system interns of the acopishments. Now its too easy to level up in your 1st season. I wish they'd bring the old systembk for player career mode

I started at OGC Nice with 66 rating as an 18 year old (would have 19 that season) French left winger. I had poor performances the first games they started me but after a streak of missing games they started me again and I scored a hattrick, and with constant goals I got a position. I scored a total of 23 goals and gave 1 assist (I somewhy just focus on goals). In the winter transfer window I got offered contracts in average teams until PSG offered one out of nowhere. I accepted and went on to have two bad games, missed some others and when I got started once again, same story, I scored 2 and kept scoring 1,2 or a hattrick every match. My best game was one near the season end against AJ Auxerre. I gave 3 assists and scored 2. One of the goals was a crazy freekick from the side of the pitch, nearing the horizontal end of it. Shot the ball with all 5 bars and L pressed to have it low and spin (or atleast that's what I thought it did lol) and it entered right beside the closest post. I won player of the week 16 times, player of the month 5 times and player of the year. I'm currently playing a pre-season cup in China.
You can sim the less important games. Sat if you're playing a league game against a bad team. You can sim those games. The teams that are decent to good you can play. If you're playing a cup or European game and you have a good lead in aggregate. You can play half the game and sub yourself.
I love player career mode, I created a player that started off as a 67 rated german player named Markus Fischer, he started off playing for borussia dortmund 2 ended up getting 10 goals in 22 games got up to a 74 overall, surprisingly I got an offer from borussia dortmund played for them for 2 seasons ended up getting 1 champions league, German super cup and the league title. I came up to be 80 overall, I wanted to stay there for another season but got an offer from Ajax, after I accepted the offer I got selected to the German national team, still currently playing this save but I hope we win the euros and World Cup
Great video. I’m taking note of everything you said, especially height and weight, as I’m not far off doing another player career. One thing though, even though your advice about club choice is spot on, choosing to start with a big club can have its advantages. You start off in the best best environment, but you’re not good enough, so the manager either loans you out or sells you. So you not only don’t know what team you’ll end up playing for - which can be exciting, maybe - but it provides a good start to a story, as you work hard get back to the top and prove that the manager was wrong to sell you. It’s not perfect and doesn’t take anything away from the advice you gave, but it provides an alternative way of looking at your choice of club.

I play striker as well. I have played the left wing, though. My build is 6'2 "and 156 pounds. It's 156 pounds because I get 90 strength. I have 94 speed and 84 acceleration. It's honestly good. My striker is 90 rated. It's because I put some into passing so I can take free kicks.
Another recommendation: Consider using "live Editor" to make the big names stay at the Clubs bc fifa will ruin it after 2-3 Seasons when they start selling without replacement.. I hate to make a move to Dortmund just to see Brandt, Can, Adeyemi, Süle, Schlotterbeck and Kobel bring sold and the "replacements" are just stupid and unrealistic.. Or then facing Bayern with Sane, Kimmich, Musiala, Goretzka, de Ligt and Harry Kane gone.. Replacement are almost always players like Koke with 33+ years old etc.. Without live Editor fc24 is not playable whatsoever.. For me at least..

never join a massive club (unless they’re known to be a youngster factory), always start as a small club and make it depend on your nationality. for example, i made an american striker and i started him at LA galaxy. you probably also shouldn’t transfer to any different clubs until after your first season (and you probably shouldn’t stay at your 1st season club)
EAFC 24 is coming out soon. You can wait until that one comes out. The career mode features have improved on the new game. You can stick with fifa 23 if you desire.

I hate it's impossibly to sim the games without your rating declining. Playing every single game takes too long for me

I main CAM, CF and RM all the time. Sad that not many clubs support it. Hope that changes when i get FC25, otherwise ill just play as ST

You can move them there in edit mode before starting the career mode
And then when starting the career mode, choose costumized squads
It’s super easy to score as a 70 rated player im the prem teams, I scored 4 by myself by dribbling past there whole team (I had 0 points in dribbling)

When you exit career mode you should get a message that asks you to save the game, just create a new save file or overwrite an old one
You only have 8 saves and then you have to over write one of them

you might be too high rated. Remove points until you're like 85-87 and you'll get offers
also your team can deny the transfer, so if that's the case you have to spam transfers until they accept one
