My player is 25 years old. It is 96 OVR as a CAM, I started my career in Vitoria and in two years, I broke record for most goals in Portuguese league, won UECL, one league title, portuguese supercup and two taças. I moved to Fiorentina for two years, won one Serie A, UECL, Europa League, two italian cups and super cup. I moved to Barcelona at 87 OVR and got to 90 in my first season. I broke Messi’s record (most goals in a season of La Liga), I won a treble of trebles (3 la ligas, 3 super cups, 3 spanish cups, 3 UCLs), and in all I was top scorer/assister. First season they gave it to Nuñez, second season Diogo Jota, but last leason was the worst.
I am currently 96, I topped La Liga assist/goal leaderboards, I was top scorer in Champions League, I was ranked 1 in the team with an ovr per game of 9.4, I won Player of the Season of La Liga, I was Player of the Season for Champions League, Spanish cup, UEFA super cup, and they gave it to Buyako Saka.

The thing about the Ballon D'or in career mode is that you can score 100 goals and get 38 assists and they will give it to Mbappe or Haaland. They don't care about stats they just focus on player ratings so much. If you are not 95 rated or above ya finished.🤣

I started with Reading FC in the EFL League 1, and I've been playing for them for 4 seasons now (League 1, Championship, now second season in Premier League). I just levelled up to 50 and have a rating of 97. To stay at the same club, at the end of the season, when it comes up to say change clubs, just flip the screen (RB?), and you'll see your club offering a contract extension. So long as you've completed all the required tasks.
As a note, in an earlier save, I moved from Reading to Everton after playing 2 seasons, then to Arsenal. I intended to stay at Arsenal, and even though I reached ALL of their season targets (exceeded all of them), they didn't give me the wages I'd asked for. They even lowered my wages slightly, saying it was based on my poor performances during the season (I started 100% of games and had a match rating of 9.5!). I decided right there to quit that save and go back to the save I'd wisely kept before leaving Reading (my home club) and joining Everton.
There are so many aspects to career mode that suck. For instance, right now, Reading has won the Premier League and is in the Champions League, and I have a worth of more than $250,000,000. However, I can't get any of the big teams interested in me as I play for a team that, in their opinion, isn't important. If they were in League 1, I'd see their point. But we're the EPL champions and flying in the Champions League. I've also won the Euros and World Cup. In the real world, halfway through my first season with Reading, a load of clubs would have been interested, and by the time we were flying high in the Championship and I'd already been picked for England, the top clubs would be like "woah, this kid has something! We must sign him now while he's only valued at $20,000,000 instead of waiting!"
This is just one of my biggest gripes with the game, but there are many more that mean I won't be upgrading to FC25. Instead, I'll wait and see what FIFA come up with by using different developers.
To renew contract their are objectives they set you and at the end of the season if you complete the objectives you can decide if you want to move or stay
You can renew the contract by just clicking renew instead of switching over to another team and transfer, if eligible for contract. Just switch to your own contract and click renew

I won it at 88 ovr, i was at inter, for my second season when i won it, i won everything in italian league and champions league, i think changing clubs kinda affects it still.

Hey, I had the same problem of renewing a contract with the same club... I started at arsenal. The way I got round it was by adding a target club and then at the end of the season it offers me a renew contract option. I think it's a bug that you can possibly fix. Hope this helps

Hi Z Games, I am the big fans of player career mode and I play every year. To renew the contract of your current team this year, you need to do EVERY objectives including the optional one. So you can renew the contract of your current team. However, it is slightly different for transfer to another team. If you want to sign for the new club (could be your target team or the team that your agent find for you), you can just do the main objectives ( You don’t have to do the optional one.
Summary
Renew contract with current team = do every objectives that your current team tell you to do
Transfer to the new club = do the main objectives that that club tell you to do
To be able to renew your contact, you need to complete all the team goals set by the head gafa (Coach) for you based on how much you requested to be paid periodically because that will help you either attain the same pay once your contract is up, or it will help you renegotiate for more money. If the team goals are too difficult to complete then just reduce the amount of money you want for negotiations for a new contract. Hope this helped, and thank you for all you videos.

to renew contract you need to do ALL the objectives for the wage your selected, it says OPTINAL but those are NOT optional do that and if you are not bugged then a stay in club option should appear in end of season

It is optional aslong as u dont do anything with the wage slider then u dont have to do the wage objectives
So, I'm probably late but: at the end of the season, you got an option to transfer in "your path" section.
If you really had a good feedback on the team, you go back to "current team" or how's it called, and you will be good to renew the contract with 25% wage increase.

Also upgrade your player ALOT I helps like crazy because if you are 70 overall and u score like 40 goals in 9 games and a person who is like 80/90 over all gets 7 goals in 10 matches that person with an 80/90 overall is more likely to win for some reason it’s really weird

I did on another save and it worked.
Sign with Liverpool or any club in Europa as your starter Club, play striker, use blue and green personality traits.
Score a 10 rating per game, sub off as soon as you think you will win the match ball. This will not affect the chance of winning the Ballon D’Or, it just saves time and for finals if you get there, go wild, score as many goals and shoot some bangers here and there
For build, focus more on shooting, physicality, speed, passing just do some, you can get a 90 ovr before end of the season
Play all training chances given and buy any bonus trainings possible
Very important: Have Mancity and PSG in the Europa League cause the first season u play, Liverpool or the team you play with are in Europa and WIN the cup. It doesn't matter which team is also competing, make sure 2-3 teams with players with the highest Ballon D'Or success such as Mancity, PSG or Madrid compete in Europa and lose in the process
Trust me, it definitely works cause for me, the nominees next season were all players from Liverpool including my player
I used this method and won despite winning Europa and not the UCL

I just finished a season with west ham. I won the premier league, fa cup, carabao cup and champions league. Had 69 goals and 16 assists in all competitions and still didn’t win ballon d’or

I got 100+ goals and 100+ assists, 90+ overall, won the Champions League/Premier League/FA Cup/Carabao Cup at Manchester City and Haaland won the Ballon D'or without even playing 15 games (I've made these stats of goals and assists 3 seasons straight and did not win it, at Real Madrid, Manchester United and Manchester City)
I won the champions , la liga ,supercopa and i was the top scorer in everything i was also part of the first team everytime but then got robbed by vinicius who is not even part of the first team😢

I think that your rating affects whether you receive the golden ball. I was in real madrid, I have a rating of 84, I started every match, I won all the tournaments I participated in, I was the best player of the month 8 times. I was included in the list of the best players in La Liga. I scored about 100 goals in all tournaments in total. But I didn’t get the golden ball. I got it from Vinicius, who came on for 70 minutes in every match and he scored about 15-20 goals during the season

Mister it is pretty easy to do just press the l1 button and go to current contract
When you are striker it does not mean you ALWAYS have to score you can also assist too
In my career mode, I only got to the semi final of the champions league but did win the premier league and I was 94 rated when I won it.

I think the contracts in player career mode have a bug. My contract says I have to have 3 headed goals in order to be eligible. I keep scoring headers but the game wont count them. Any tips?

If you dont want to leave the team every season and stay for the same team for more then 1 season all you have to do is not to pick a goal for a team. So no team you want to work for to get to. And of course you have to do all the contract challanges ´,

If I’m not mistaken there have been a lot of discussions on Reddit regarding the outrages contract objectives. I heard that if you miss the target objectives by say 2 goals or something crazy like that you will have to find another club because you did not fulfil the objectives made by the club. Hence why in your case you keep going to different clubs every season.
