- An updated and shortened version of my tutorial on how to get dinosaurs into the aviary in Jurassic World Evolution 2, for your convenience

I would say, if you could, make a short vid on which dinosaurs could be released into the aviary. Because when I was doing that, it seemed like certain ones couldnt go in.
I'm glad this is still a thing. I think you were right. If they haven't patched it yet, they never will. None of us want them to patch it anyways.
Imo they should just patch it and give official support for it
They actually improved it, the dinosaurs used to be mute in the aviaries, but they updated it to allow them to roar and make sounds

@@UsernameWasTakenWasTaken, it's not patched out of the game. Seeing this I wanted to make sure it still works, I released a purple and blue Acrocanthosaurus into an aviary. It still works.
@@TribbleArtCreations I tried yesterday and it wouldn’t save fact that I selected the dinosaur, every time I clicked on the aviary hatchery and opened the genome library there was not way the see it.

im so happy they didnt patch it most of my parks are natural ecosystems and i use these aviarys to separate dinosaurs
Important to keep in mind that ranger teams and transport CANNOT access the land dinos in the aviary. So carnivore feeders can't be maintained, dead dinos can't be removed, and comfort levels can't be tracked. Just an FYI
That's why you should exclusively use this on sandbox mode where none of that matters

I checked it, and they still didn't fix it to this day. Maybe they didn't notice or don't really care, or maybe they left it there for builders like us make wild builds
They do care they just left it because it’s so fun :)
Quick thing just to put out there if you put dinosaurs in the lagoon they starve to death it was kind of cool
You probably already know this but it works backwards/ with lagoon and hatchery I tested my backwards theory after I saw your original video when I was making my biosyn nature park and I used the hatchery to realse the flying Dinos. And let me tell you it looks awesome. So EVO if you aren’t sure try it your self!
Well now you can release flying reptiles out in the wild without doing this trick anyway
The only problem I have with this is I can’t hear my Dino’s in the aviary they completely silent but if I zoom out of the aviary then I can hear them
use the metal aviaries :) Then you will have sound
This is because (obviously) this is hardly intentional behavior.
Dinosaurs were never meant to be put into the Aviaries.

Only thing I wish this game had is a person you could walk around with. Like customize your own park manager. I’d walk around in a white suit and a cane.

I wish Planet Zoo and Jurassic World Evo 2 shared more UI. I prefer building in Planet Zoo, because you can have more detailed and a wider array of habitats. Wish I could do that with JWE2.
Also you can release the aviary Dinos by air dropping them to outside the paddock

I put a mosasaurus into the aviary 💀
I then figured out it works on everything else so I can now have roaming birds
And I also put a T. rex in the lagoon

I mean unless you want an actual dead indominus in your mosasaurus lagoon
@@AlterNordicTV In that world it was before I turned on having to drink or eat, so it was really funny seeing it just sit there and float.
@@AlterNordicTV It may be patched now though it’s incredibly funny to try. It works for everything such as mosasaurus in an aviary.
It also works for the lagoon it just doesn’t move
Yeah, wanna know something else y’all can do. You can release the dinosaurs in the lagoon too, but they can’t move, unlike the aviary

You can do this with the lagoon too! But they kinda walk on the water, but still pretty awesome!

this was really helpful as i was trying to recreate the end of jurrasic world without using alot pf mods or custom peices but obviously i had to use a custom peice to make it look likw the indominus broke in but this was really helpful

I hope nest update you can build normal Hatcheries to the Aviaries to get Dinosaurs in there easier
Well now we can put pterosaurs outside an aviary without this glitch, so that’s great
maybe one day they will make this official too ;)

This is the best glitch ever i made a habitat that was a wether related like a glass dome with snow and a warm habitat in sierra nevada that makes the dome look warm inside and cold it its the snow wariant

Something that wasn't in the patch notes that I noticed from the gaming beavers early access and tested myself is that you can now put the goat feeder in the aviary without mods!
Edit: nevermind you could always do that 😅

😍🙏 omg thank you i try to play with out any sort of online tutorials or anything so ive been wracking my brain trying to figure out why the bird dinos have negative cohabitation with land based carnivores of you cant have them together!
Can you do the same to put land dino in lagoon ? Edited: yes you can but they will be stuck floating on the water where they finish the release animation
Fun fact: this also works the other way around, and with lagoon hatcheries!

When trying this,I got a metrocanosaurs into it.This is insane!
The only issue is if you do this in a challenge mode like I did
