EVEN in INDIA some sects of ISLAM don't believe in Mohammad they believe in one god .this sects is called BARELIVI SECTS .
For non muslim, ........ Islam is not Focusing about adhan/azan or whos adhan is the best and most soothing. To Be a good muslim, open the quran(cause it is one of mukjizat that exist to this day) and Hadith, you should getting knowledge at this two different sources. This two sources is mandatory, if you read quran , the you should read hadith too. In hadith you will explore 4 different mazhab that you can choose it based on your comfort in your country. Like me , mostly in my country will use mazhab syafi’e but We do also follow Other 3 mazhab too. Like i say, To be good muslim you should learning and if you want more knowldge and Syafaat in hereafter , and heaven you should learning this knowledge and later you will know that Islam is more than Adhan, And you will feel humble after you read about prophet story of Muhammad SAW.
