Yes. Great job of showing off that forward cabin - turn it into a storage area for the cockpit cushions - If I looked real hard, I could almost see a berth there - LOL
Great walkthrough we looked at this boat on line so seeing the walkthrough really made the boat shine. Fantastic job, that is how I would like to see other boats done as well. You showed all the details behind lockers and panels. Which is not always shown on Yachtworld.

Nice Hylas, our dream yacht. Haven’t retired yet so currently don’t have the time and money to go sailing full time, but when we do, we’re going for a Hylas 46.

Great looking boat, nice coastal cruiser, but with a bulb keel and exposed prop and rudder, I personally would abstain.

says the boat is nice for its age... It's 17 years old. That is nothin. I used to own a 40 year old pieceof shi boat and it made me a skilled sailor , since i sailed for over 10K miles on it. This is a fabolous boat and Hylas is known for their quality. Great presentation and walkthrough
Unless the standing and running has been replaced in the last 10 years, along with the the sails, it's not ready to go and that's about $50K on a boat that size. Cruising insurance companies wont touch a rig 17 years old. And the bottom needs anti fouling, There's work to be done to get that vessel ready to go. She's pretty and bones are good, but not at that price.
Robert, replacing the standing rigging on a Hylas 46 is between $12k and $14k, and that is incorrect regarding insurance and age of rigging.

We are looking for Liveaboard 46’ to 50’ sailboat. We love Hylas.
You would think that the interior gaskets on the forward hatches would have been cleaned too.
How many hearts and hands did it take? Luxury goods are certainly different.
Whats the headroom like? i'm 6ft6 and have real trouble finding an appropriate boat!

Would have been more enticing to me if time was spent detailing the mechanicals of the vessels. Seems you spent more time saying how shiny the teak head floors were than dispensing any valuable info on the cockpit, winches, and sails.
Amazing condition for it's age - probably worth the extra dosh.

Water maker?
Did you say $350,000....what horsepower? Yanmar? How many hours? The hull needs a gold-coat....or repaint gel-coat at least
Yanmar 75HP 1,000 hours. Hull gelcoat is in immaculate condition just getting it's spring wax right now. We'd be happy to show her to you!

water maker?
Ready to go with a 2003 rig? That’s misleading. The nav electronics and auto pilot are at the end of their lifespan. Still a nice boat. If there was a little more room in the cockpit the design would be as good as any newer boat.
lDefinitely asking top dollars bc this is in exceptional condition. Price is only good as it will be sold for.

It is severely over-priced. Yea it is in good condition, but not worth the money.

Not really, we're usually in a pretty good mood, so is the new owner of Adventure who has had her for a few months now!
Water maker?
Adventure was pre-plumbed for a water maker like many Hylas', but one was not installed at the time of sale.
