I am so proud that you made video about possibility if anybody wants to try at cruises aand I have one question how is it possible for nonfilipino people, I have look company you said where anybody can start studying and can be able to go to the liner, but it looks it is only for people who is from Philiphines? Hello mam may experience po ako as a bartender sa isang 5 star hotel sa cebu for 20 months but it was 3 years ago kasi nagtayo nang tindahn ang gf at naisipan kong tumolong sa kanya fulltime sa tingin mo mam may chance pa kaya tong experience ko ?

Hello I hope you are doing well.
I applied for a job opening directly on the Carnival Career website, I got a job offer on 4th of July and they sent me an email with onboarding instructions. I logged in to my Rose Login Portal and submitted my passport details and filled up the general data form along with the uniform details. The mail said that I will be getting a Crew ID number after I submitted those and I still haven't got any Crew ID number or a Joining Date. The medical facility says I need a joining date to further continue with my medical tests. I don't know what to do next. Can you kindly guide me?

Hi! Much better if may basic training ka na bago mag apply para mas mapabilis angf process mo. But if u want to be sure lang din, pwede naman mag apply ka muna bago mag BT. Kasi last time wala pa akong BT, ans nag apply na muna ako

Hi! Uhm applying sa cruiseline companies gagastos ka talaga kasi sa mga requirements and training. Also there is no board exam regarding your course (BSHM) 😊 But when applying, you will undergo series of interviews and also exam. So just get ready with your basic documents na din before you apply para hassle free 😊

kht nman po maam undergrad ng BSHRM or tourism pwde nmng mg cruiseship pa,kuha muna coa seamans book,tapos apply kyo sa 2Go(domestic passenger ship) or sa lighthouse shpmngmnt or negrense agency ata un,apply kayo don,pg mtanggap kyo tyaga muna kyo sa mbaba sahod kc ang importante din ung sea service nyo na ng onboard kyo sa pssenger vssel kht dto lng muna sa intr island,kung hlmbawa mka 6 mos.kyo or 8mos as crew,food&bverage,waitress,galley steward,cabin steward etc,at least edge nyo na yun kc galing n mismo sa barko,advntage na un,dont lose hopesa mga collge level lng or undergrad,tesda grad nga lng nkpagbabarko din,tiwalalng sa srili,diskarte& guts nyo sa pg aapply dont give up

Hmm i guess the position you will look for is children animator? Under entertainment department. But i guess it's rare for companies to hire since it's limited positions onboard

questions about interview. mahirap ba? need ba fluent sa English? and sa physical po? may requirements din ba sila? like, need po ba matangkad, payat, maganda etc. 🥺 sana masagot huhu nakita ko tiktok vid mo at bigla akong naging interesado
Questions po sa interview are more on your previous job experience po, focus on that. No need to be fluent in English, basic English is okay as long as you are able to explain or answer directly. As for physical requirements, no need to be matangkad, payat and maganda po 😊 it's not super strict unlike airline companies.
HRTM graduate po ako last 2018 and I'm planning po mag training ng F & B services sa MIHCA, I already have 1 yr. resto experience and OJT in Coron palawan. In your opinion po do I have a chance to be a seafarer?
Yes! You can try po, since you have 1 yr resto experience na din 😊

What happens after your contract is over? Do they contact you again for the next job or you will have to apply yourself?
Yes they will automatically renew your contract just have a 2-3 months vacation at your home and you will be working again
All the jobs on the Magsaysay website requires previous experience. What if you don't have experience?
Hi! Cruiseline industry requires job experiences related to the position that u wanted to apply, so I highly suggest that you get a job experience related to the field 😊
But, maybe you can also try to apply if they will consider 😊

Thanks for this info Rhea. Just to ask, if I took a culinary course in MIHCA for 9mos, will they help me go straight working in a cruise line with the help of Magsaysay? Even without experience in any 4-5 star hotel? Thank you for answering in advance.
Hello! According to my colleagues who graduated in micha, being with MIHCA is an advantage since once you graduated, you will be considered already for their manpower pooling but it is still depends on your final interview, exams if you will pass or no. But enrolled in MIHCA is considered as job exp. Already too for magsaysay.
