the part where you talked about sitting in your car because you were scared you'd disappointed your spouse really made me cry. i grew up as the oldest daughter in an asian household, and the expectations everyone had from me were, you know, overwhelming. another one of these people is the last person i've ever wanted to be, and knowing that there are people who are scared to go HOME because of a similar pressure from someone they're spending the rest of their life with is just - it teared me up.

this actually broke my heart bc i've been in both positions where i messed up and was a comforter. we had an impromptu visit from a storyboard artist and my storyboards weren't the best... the artist gave good feedback but i just didn't take it well, could barely answer her questions.. it was just really bad 💀i felt embarrassed and ashamed. i got over it rather quickly, but in the moment, it felt like the worst day ever. i think it's really cool that we can see ourselves in your videos. makes these situations a bit more personal 💙 as for the comforter position, i'm just a really sappy person who never has the right words, so i heal with hugs!

He reminded me so much of my older brother who’s been going through a lot and we’ve had a few moments like this and they’re heartbreaking cause you have to stay strong for that person cause if you start crying then they might feel bad. Thank you for showing this emotional side, kinda helps me to channel a bit of whatever jumbled up emotions I have in me. Because I think I don't know how to process negative emotions and so I stuff it in and it eats me up inside. So glad that in this scenario, that you have someone to talk to and confide in.

Speaking from the perspective of someone who's always been associated with people who think they need to put up a front for the relationship to work (whether that be girlfriends, boyfriends, friends or family), i can confidently say that you have absolutely no reason to apologise for breaking down and neither does anyone else. I know it's just an audio and you obviously chose to add the crying in (which, fantastic job by the way, i almost cried, how the heck did you do that that's some talent right there) but i still feel the need to say it, because, in my experience, i would much much MUCH rather have my partner, parent, friend, or anyone else crying in my arms, than see them struggling while trying to "stay strong".
Speaking up is good, being fed up, tired, anxious and basically feeling any emotion other than happiness is normal and crying is H E A L T H Y. Say it with me kids: Crying. Is. Healthy. And whoever says otherwise probably has a lot of pent up feelings they need to take care of.
Relationships are built on trust, and trust is deeply rooted in vulnerability. A relationship where either of the two (or more!) parties is pretending to be okay for the sake of being strong, is a relationship set up for failure, while this, THIS audio is exactly the opposite. So dont apologise, you did well🤍
I love seeing the improvement of Nora's videos so much!! This audio was incredibly well thought out and created. The sound affects, the storytelling, the backstory, the emotions were all just so beautiful! Even the clock ticking! Every detail was well thought out and i couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Hearing Nora break down honestly made me start crying and that just proves how amazing his acting is and how real his audios are. I really like how the character went from trying to stay strong and okay for the listener to breaking down and FINALLY letting it all out. This felt really real and im glad Nora made an audio like this!

As you might remember I'm in my first year of Software at the moment, things are definitely better! Your asmrs help a lot by the way, I always listen to them more then once, once for falling asleep and the other times to hear the story. But anyways I've been the person who plans stuff for our friend group, as introverted as I am. You know those mom/big sis friends every friend group has? Yeah, that's me, despite the social anxiety :').
I planned a karaoke because I love singing and they have private karaoke rooms to book here in Belgium. (Which was sadly not an option back in my home country). To my surprise everyone was down, but I was suuper nervous if they'll have fun, since I've sometimes gotten to the point where I spoil my friends and they almost expect of me to do everything for them, even tho I'm the same age as them (I believe I'm your age? I feel super appreciated in this group and I just wanted to share ^-^. I don't know if you have faced similar situations, but I realized the best people have yet to come into my life, people in uni are definitely more mature and attentive and understanding, and it shows!

You may be ok physically but you're not ok emotionally. Let it out, release all the emotions that's pent up inside of you just know i'll be here that's what a spouse is for. Holding you comforting you cuddling you whispering sweet nothings is the least i could do for my darling husband. You'll get them next time tiger, however you did, you did your best, there's nothing more I could ask of you. Failing is a part of succeeding, you never failed me and i am proud of you. I will never be the kind of spouse that says bad things, i will always do my best to comfort and uplift you. Now rest darling, you truly need it. Shall i hum a lullaby for you?
