You can try a mixture of talcum powder, PVO glue( clear binders glue), white acrylic paint and distilled water. Go online and Google recipe for texture art paint. You will find the proportions for this type of paste/paint. Once you have a basic formula you can adjust it for consistency. You can also mix colors into the paste. After you make you can store it in a wide mouth bottle and seal well. It will keep for 4- 5 months.

I have never tried anything like this, and would like to try making something smaller and simpler to start, since I do not have your artisitc talent. So please, how do you make your texture paste?
