So I'll provide my experience here on my teepublic account being taken down after 3-4 days of creating it and how I got it back. I made my account so that I can expand from redbubble to multiple platforms. I exported like 3-4 designs from redbubble to teepublic and I got a notice after 3 days that my account is being taken down without any specific reason. I mailed them asking about the reasons but no response. I moved on to spreadshirt. After 1 whole month, I mailed them again through the same email and after 1 week they asked me to provide psd of my uploaded designs. I sent them my svg files of designs and after 3 days my accnt was reinstated. Hope this helps. As Phil said, you have to email them multiple times but give them 4-5 days to respond too.
Thanks for sharing. They probablly didn't realise that you owned the copyright of the designs on both platforms and that you are one and the same artist who created the designs on Redbubble/Teepublic
@@sia3515 Yea, the thing is I made my redbubble acnt casually with a lame shop name lol. Started enjoying it so decided to go to teepublic with a different name. Hence the confusion. :)
Dang, this just happened to me. Suspended without proper reason. Said that i has violated their terms and conditions which I don't know what. It has been 2 days. No reply yet
They wait until I make a lot of money and then banned me before the payment day! For me, TeePublic is a great pod site for text-based design since I have a lot of visitors every single day. The problem is they will ban you for no reason and ignored our emails after that. Terrible experience!
I don't sell anything but I just want to say thank you to all of you for creating beautiful merchandise. U guys that are out there creating these designs do more of a better job that official merchandise that I've seen.
I tried to log onto my account on last week. I have not been able to log in since then. It say that my email is no longer active. I sent 3 emails stil have not received any response. I have no odea why my account is not active. I didn't receive any notification at all. I had been selling on there for over 5 years. Horriblre customer service. No help at all. I emailed the legal department and still nothing.
I never heard of Teepublic being like this, after just hours ago I was about to use cafepress but then someone told me that there are sites easier than cafepress, I saw teepublic, then I click on a video about teepublic, and I see this. this is strange. I’ve only come here because to create designs to put on merchandise. Though only red bubble or even spreadshirt are my options, or even Zazzle, sigh...
I also emailed TeePublic about my art not showing up and got a similar disturbing reply stating that my art will never come up in their search and that I basically have to self promote my page. It's a very discouraging thing to read and makes me not really trust them, but I've heard that their print quality is much better than Redbubble and the items are a little cheaper for the consumer. It might still be worth syncing to a social media account to self promote.
Well I'm sorry. Websites like these that treat their new registered members like this shouldn't exist, and I'm surprised they do. I've had major issues with 2 of these platforms that I've just had enough of their bull and pulled out. I would say they will not last for long if they keep doing what they are doing.
As TeePublic and RedBubble are now the SAME thing, do you think this explains WHY the Visitor Stats in the RedBubble dashboard Bounce DOWN! instead of UP! ???
@@TheMoneyGame Right, even designs that were in the exact same controversial topic I was in were left up. They were pretty selective about which ones got removed. Eh, that's what I get for getting into political niches for t-shirts. Sure there is plenty of money to be made, but if you are on the wrong side of the site owner, then you get taken down. (They even kept my earnings for that month - about $450 i think it was)
woke yes I need to work on my TP, ok you suggest 4 albums and around 40 designs ok that's a set goal now ty how can you tell if your designs are on the marketplace correctly yes teepublic needs new products I agree hopefully I can work out how to do albums correctly

It seems that they do this a lot, they need a better admin team, to solve these problems
Thanks for the heads up! The more I learn about TeePublic the more I want to close my account and just focus on all the other more reliable POD sites.
Oh , feeling bad with this experience. Hope you can get the money from them.
Do they pay you after you get banned?

for designers whose accounts are deleted, will they still receive their last payment?
no
Teepublic banned 2 of my original new accounts with my designs and i have proof. They don't get back to you.

can we upload sticker packs on tee public the same way that you showed us how to on the redbubble video?
You can yeah but with Teepublic it's not as effective as you can't choose the front product image :)
@@TheMoneyGame thanks!
I'm not able to. All my stickers get lumped together without any separations between them.

Teepublic kicked me off because they didn't agree with my political designs.
I'm sorry to hear that, seems unjust to me as they will leave other similar designs up.
