  • TRIGGER WARNING! Talk about anxiety and depression and I get a mild anxiety attack onscreen!
    I have mentioned before that I have gone through depression and anxiety and I thought I ought to share some of the things that got me through it with you! These are tips that worked for me and they might not work for you because we are different, but maybe they will help someone!
    This is the long version of my tips, I will make one much shorter later where I just go through the tips and hopefully don't have an anxiety attack.

    Great vid! Some of the techniques are the same as I use. I like counting when I breathe, it helps focus my mind :)

      Thank you! Taking a moment, focusing on breathing and trying to slow down really helps me and sometimes I just do it without thinking about it :) I am glad counting works for you!
