The atrium where this elevator located was boarded off due to a renovation when I went there in Feb 2016. Also the OTIS Hovairs are now gone which is a shame, they've been replaced by long Fujitec moving walks.
Yup. Now there are shops in the new walkway and the Fujitec moving walks looks rather plain boring to me. As for the Hovairs, fortunately the cabins have been moved to somewhere else in Japan according to this Facebook post: facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.717402498294870.1073741901.536388583062930&type=3
