I have always found owls to be the most majestic of the birds of prey. Especially the European Eagle Owl, the Great Grey Owl, the Snowy Owl, and the Long Eared Owl.
These Owl's are beautiful and the scenery is lovely and peaceful, i can see why Ireland is known as "The Emerald Isle". I can also see that you are madly in love with your Owl's.

I have a question; how strong are the birds feet, as far as gripping ability compared to a human hand. I have read that large owls have powerful grip in their feet.

No, no, and no. It's impossible to clip an owls's wing feathers. They wouldn't be able to fly if they did, the owls have broken their feathers while flying around in the aviary.
