Audio is better - but for some reason the voice kept lowering as the video progressed towards the end - perhaps some audio smoothening by the software.
Would suggest you do an audio check in outdoors locations and noisy locations

Both are good. We use bricks for exterior wall and you can go for AAC blocks for internal walls.
