When texturing the washers, do the back first, then the front. If the back is flattened a bit, no biggie. But it does add to the appearance of an artisanal piece.
@@ZurickDesigns you are welcome. Do you have a video where you wrap a gem or stone without a hole in it? Something simple. Because I have a bag full of small gems, stones, no hole in it. They are really tiny but very beautiful. I eat to do something with it. O know how to make a cage, but then you can't see them very wel. They are between 0,5 cm and 1 cm. There are roud once, long once, all different shapes. So if you have any idea or tutorial what to do with them. That would be very kind of you...
Hi Melissa! Well you've done it now. I have to make those earrings! I wonder...If I could add a little bead. Never leave a visit with you without having come away richer and smiling. Hope you're doing great, take care!
So very glad to find your channel, have to make these lovelies!!! Couldn’t wait so paused this and checked out your other videos, really grateful for artists such as yourself that share !!
I love these earrings and I had a go at making a pair. So far I have managed to make one of them and have the other to make. I did change up the centre coil to a wire rose and it has turned out quite well, so thank you so much for sharing these lovely washer earrings.
This has a simple tribal look, very attractive and looks easy. The spiral can turn into a rose with an under/over wrapping for more flowery pieces. I would have made matching ear hooks with a copper bead on it, and also hammered out the jump rings on a tin mandrel and made them slightly oval. Thanks for a good inspiration piece. I am heading out to Home Depot to buy some copper washers!
Nice! I think I’ll make these for a gift!

Those are pretty. What was the gauge on the jump rings? Please
Oh. I didn’t mention that…
I believe they are 16 gauge
Ok thank you
