    Keep up the hard amazing work!
    I really appreciate your motivated video for running, I am 55 years old, just started running three weeks ago, my goal is to run 4 miles every other day, in the beginning I was walking more than running, this week I just noticed that I can run two miles without stopping, I am proud of myself for this achievement.
    I will keep running every other day and see how it goes.

    Thanks i thought about it when i first saw Gerda Steyn run the 50km .. i was so inspired. I thought "wow there are people that can run for that long , for a whole 3 hours , the physical but not only that, the psychological and mental strength and discipline required must be immense amd life changing" . So i thought one day I'll get into it so thankz for this video.. Nd wow you been training for 20km ?! You are a boss lady

      @@CaitlinWillis fr, please do some vlogs on your training when you train for marathons? please? .
      i do hear its good, but honestly i do get scared though that if i try to get into it myself, what if it is too intense? wont i just drop down and never get up while running? lol weird question, dont blame me i know nothing about being a long distance runner. i guess i will have to do a lot of research
