regarding this video****Here's a quick and easy way to create tissue paper pom poms, as well as a sneak of the decorations I've been making for the party. Enjoy! * No I don't have a tutorial for the other owl starburst I show.
* The more layers of tissue you use the fluffier and thicker your pom pom and vise versa.

I bought some of these the other day but no instructions,I really didn't have a clue how to get them ball shaped, Such a relief when I saw you video, thank you so much,I'm going to pretend to be all arty when my daughter gets home later.
Those pom-poms brings back memories. We use to do them when we were younger but on a smaller scale. Love all the decorations for your daughter's birthday. Thanks for sharing those with us.
Your daughter is going to love these decorations! They are so cute and pretty, make sure you take tons of photos and video it, our daughter is 18 and loves to see all her parties from her first up, and see all the changes in the house and with family members, their fashion and how we dressed her. She just laughs and laughs, and it swells your heart with pride, now that she is able to look back and see what we did. tfs

Made these for my 30th birthday party and everyone loved them... now they all want to know how to make them, so I send them this video. For those on a budget, you can get all the supplies (wire, ribbon, tissue paper) at the Dollarstore. We got packs of 20 sheets for $1, did about 8 sheets per pop-pop, cut the sheets in have and got about 5-6 (depending on size) pop-popms out of each back of paper.
thanks for the helpful videos. You are adorable.

If you follow the steps in the video correctly, you should get a round one very time. Once you do the accordion fold remember you need to tie it in the center and open the accordion fold again. Watch the vid again and you might catch a step you missed. Hope you can do it!. Thanks for watching!
thank you for this! I am having a "pretty in pink" baby shower for my sis in law and I love these...but when I went to buy them from the store they were so expensive! I'm totally going to make these now!!
You crack me up girl! Perfection is why it takes me a week to make one card! LOL! So I understand :-) Anyway, I bought these kits too but I was so overwhelmed last year that I saved them for this year when my daughter turns 4 in August. You are going to have so much fun and when she is old enough she will so appreciate all your hard work and love! Hope the party will be a success and you can breathe a sigh of relief at the end of the day! TFS,
Hugs,
Brigitte
