Reporter got out of car on way To Houston during that much wind and tornado (hit twisted metal garage of apartments) but he got dog ,then animal control Of Victoria County said that he would have to pay but since he took TIED UP drowning dog from a post that was private property..lol the county had to check with owners who abused dog in first place..its not funny...now look it up if you don't believe me! ..it was so stupid..talk about stupid..this reporter was from some where else he didn't have time for all that ,I read he was pissed off and not going mess with Victoria county and let dog go to county..if so they kill each day dogs in that county..sad story.., I never read anymore about whether reporter took the dog or not...that's sick and so plz don't tell me what people do because this was the single stupidest sickest thing I read on animal abuse in a Hurricane.. ..I collected articles on twitter from Houston..I never saw so many people who refused to leave their animals..It was amazing..One young college boy came back to Houston and his sister put cat on second floor, pretty nice home, he insisted to go get cat in a boat was already under 5 feet of Water...He got out stepped on live wire..live wire, why wasn't electric cut they knew this area was gonna flood ,one of the later ones to flood..I dudnt get that but nobody said anything about that.. I can't figure that one out.. but He DIED trying to save a cat on at his house on 2nd floor! He was one of the counted casualties in Houston, tragic.... Its nothing to make fun of...when there was no more room at one of the auditoriums ..they told the people with animals to drop their pets..most did NOT have carriers . they tredded through water with dogs and cats..But the people refused to drop animals and stood in rain till they could get them some where.. Side note: all this whileJoel Olsteen told city leaders and Houstonians that.. his place was underwater.80,000 seats...Well.two guys went and filmed it and put it On you Tube and I saw it and there was no water..it went viral...Joel Olsteen was then forced by public officials to open..but Listen Olsteen wanted NO people in the MegaChurch just supplies, can you imagine? There was a mattress dealer who opened his doors to anybody...but Olsteen..didn't want people why??? Near the eye and it is not a wall but a huge bubble. It is twenty feet higher than normal at the center of the hurricane and slopes downward in all directions. It is not fun when it goes over the roof of your house. Waves usually destroy the whole structure. Hotels and such usually stand, but the walls and dividers between the columns of concrete blow out and the waves wash through. Mother Nature is fierce.
