You can jump the bird to reach an upper area with two other birds and the bell locked inside an ice block up there!

Yes, I have all the bells except this one. The only way to melt the ice block is either the fire dragon enemy, or the purple ghost that shoots fire. There is no item yet. So we might have to wait for an update.
