This is so sad that countries relations are that bad that it's almost impossible to cross Pakistan-India border with hard visas etc. Hope that countries relations going better some day. My wife and I are of Indian origin and live in the UK and now have British Passports.
We wanted to go to Pakistan for tourism in 2018, especially wanted to see the Indus Valley civilisation and Kashmir in Pakistan.
We applied for VISAs and our passports were stuck at the Pakistani Embassy in London for months. Ultimately, we had to withdraw our applications. 😞
Both the countries should think about genuine tourists who want to visit India and Pakistan. Governments & their policies should change and tourism should increase. ☮🕊

They don't have problem in giving visa but they concern about your safety if anything happens during the visit ,it can cause further tension between both the countries..... hope you will understand this...... people across borders are friendly but there are anti national elements in both countries which can harm and take advantage of the situations.

Not sure how it works but is it possible to go to the embassy and ask the consulate about it? I remember my Indian friends going to the Pakistan embassy to enquire about the visa and found out Indians can visit 2 cities in Pakistan. Maybe you could also meet the consulate and ask? Also, did you find out how many cities in india you can visit?

Tourist VISA is not being issued by Indian authorities to Pakistani passport holders. This only applies to TOURIST VISA.
@@muhammadtahasiddiqui7208 he is a German passport holder, though his background is Pakistani. Probably as a TH-camr, he needs to apply for journalist visa rather than tourist visa? I hope some of the subscribers here from India could do something to find out and help him get a visa.

Abrar. I had exact same experience applying for Indian Visa from the UK. I am British national but having born in Pakistan, the visa expereince I had was exactly the same as yours. All the best in your tour!
It doesn’t depend on passport you hold. It depends whether you are pakistani origin or not. Even if you were born in uk but if you are pakistani descent than you will not get Indian visa because of security reasons.

Sorry to say not from our side...plz donot mind ma ya cheez face kar chuka hon mery Father Pakistan embesy main tha to hum kabi kahin kabi kahin kisi bi country ka visa humain easy mil jata tha humary family back ground ki wajah say lakin india ka visa mujeh ni mil saka 2 time rejection with out any reson even Pakistan embesy k consler nay bi try kia to kaha geya k ager wo aein gay to seraf embesy tak mahdod rahy gay kahin ghomny ni ja saktay... Or tab hi mujeh ya baat bi pata chali k jab koi pilgram visa apply karta ha Sikh side say to indian govt ki taraf say 1 list k sath pasport aty hain k inko visa do for exmpl 1500 persons nay apply kia hota ha to 200 ki list ati ha ..or wahan ya kaha jata ha k Pak govt nay baki persons ko reject kardeya ha halan k pasport or list indian govt ki taraf say di jati ha.. Or is baat ka saboot kartarpur cooridor ha Pak govt kahti ha 5000 visiter perday aein lakin indian govt seraf 250 300 ko ETA issue karti ha or Pak govt ki taraf say Pasport ki koi sharat ni lakin indian govt nay pasport ko lazmi karar deya bayshak us par stamp ni lagti phir bi ..Pak govt nay one day visa issunce ki baat ki to indian govt nay transit type approval ki baat ki k 9 to 11 hrs bus stay wo bi 1 hi jagah par us k bad wapsi .. So ap ya na khain k dono side say. Abdul Basit saab jab Pakistan ki taraf say india ma embesder thay or amritsar ma confrence thee all over the world log thay tab bi sary log or mulkon k wafad amritsar gay thay golden temple lakin Pakistan walon ko ni jany deya securty ka kah k.
