Xentry does not lock VXDIAG, updated description

Xentry does not keep VXDIAG multiscanner locked after upgrading VX Manager from v1.6.x to v.1.8.4 and upgrading VXDIAG multiscanner accordingly.
We can see on the video that lock appears in the beginning when Xentry starts, Xentry even read the VIN of the car, but later, when Xentry starts scanning the car, lock sign disappears from multiplexer icon and gives error 9985.
Maker advised to unload and load Benz 6 driver in VX Manager. I did it couple of times but driver still not synchronizing..
Solution:
Maker connected via TeamViewer - confirmed scanner is OK, and problem is driver.
Seller from AliExpress connected via TeamViewer - tried to reinstall various drivers, but gave up. Agreed that seller will send new software MB Xentry on new HDD 500 Gb for 45$ (discounted price).
