My experience of listening to this for the past 3 days, is I observed that my heart feels warmer, even as I carry on my usual activities. I'm experiencing the love in my heart towards myself and it's a beautiful discovery. I sing more to myself and I'm loving this experience. It just feels warm and gentle .

PLEASE HEED MY WARNING.... you can absolutely attract a specific person, I did it for YEARS, kept attracting back, again and again. Just because you can manifest it, does not mean its whats in your best interest. When I finally let go of this toxic relationship, I let the universe bring me the person I'm meant to be with. Only months after finally leaving, I manifested the love of my life, we have now been together for 10 years. Don't try to manifest a specific person, manifest a good relationship with the right person. If you need to keep attracting a person back to you, chances are they aren't meant to be yours. The universe knows better and has better plans for us.
But ffs you are aligning to the iffy version of that person you only accept the one you actually want !!!!!!! People can get the right version by redesigning them !! And yourself . Actually they reflect what you think, If your dominant thought is that they are toxic or that they treat you bad, then that is what will reflect in your reality. They show up the way you think they will show up. And that is why people lose their SPs. They manifest them back, but then they still hold the same negative assumptions and believe about them. Change one self, and then the rest will follow the right way.
I agree but I think it’s okay to imagine anyone so long as the feeling is accomplished the feeling of being love is practiced this is where the power of moving or shifting foward and makes it so much easier bc it gets us unstuck in our habit of digging a hole into hopelessness, just imagining a person behaving with love is good enough. You might imagine a person as a childhood friend being loving and it would still work to me bc it’s the shift inside that matters most

I've been single for years.. I cried for 4 hours tonight.. it's getting me down and I'm struggling with the fear. It feels like I've been alone my whole life. I really hope things change soon.
first focus on healing yourself, and whatever trauma that has prevented you from forming connections. Maybe its a fear of trust, maybe you don't feel good enough. whatever it is, really meditate on it and work on yourself. your energy will shift into allowing and people will feel your openness. I have a friend who always attracted men uninterested in relationships, her issue was that she was very fearful of giving trust and of commitment, and rejection. She was essentially self sabotaging, putting herself in situations where it wouldn't work out, she knew these men were bad news. any serious partner she would reject. The unhealed wound of her unstable unbringing made her react this way to men. And believe me... men absolutely know this energy. After addressing some things that might be energetically setting you back, make a list of what you'd want in a partner. get excited and feel assured that you will meet someone with these qualities. Your list need not be short either. I used this method when I found the love of my life and he fit everything on my list except having long hair (which he now does have). Maybe these long years were not wasted, maybe they were a moment in your life you needed in order to prepare for the person you are trying to meet. thats the last tip, get prepared. Start dressing the part, go out and act the part, tell your friends you're ready, make your home ready to recieve a partner. This will also shift your energy from hopeless and despair, to one where you're letting the universe know what you want, and that you're ready to recieve.

I started listening to this about a week or 2 ago. Everyday on my drive home. Then this Wednesday I was doing whatever and suddenly I got a text from my SP. i tried manifesting my SP for months. It always felt like I was the one to reach out. i tried everything to manifest a text from him but, this I know is what helped me open my heart to him. He was the one to reach out. I finally let go of my ex with peace and well wishes, and when I felt ready, I listened to this. that night and multiple nights since I’ve dreamt of the same new stranger in vivid detail. I know his voice, his posture, his laugh, every single bit of him except his face - proof to me that this is not someone I created, as brains cannot create “new” faces in our dreams. he IS real, but I have not met him in the 3D yet, so that one detail is missing. That’s wild! I dreamt of the person I felt is my sp/tf/soulmate when i actually listened to this to no focus on her anymore and let go of a current person. Like you i had a very vivid dream about her that we were together walking and talking and doing things together, which in the 6months since we met, I’ve never dreamt about her so vividly. Brian. I’ve been listening to this vid for a month since it came out. And I was just trying to get over my ex and move on but… recently this is so powerful and crazy. I find myself being chased by women, women are declaring themselves to me, marriage proposals, and I’ve been able to reconnect with the women I want in my life. Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring her back

I’m not currently in a relationship, but I have two strong hopefuls 🥰 i’m just focusing on loving myself at the moment, and having patience that he is out there and already on the way. I’ve had two crushes that I’ve been infatuated with for a while who both in their own time admitted feelings were mutual. they both want to deepen the friendship before we move onto anything else. Another sidenote is that I am polyamorous, and this meditation has Made me realize what I clearly want. I’ve also been using Brian’s updated soulmate meditation, and have been having active imagination moments where I literally shift into that timeline and space where I’m with my divine mate. Bottom line this meditation brought me out of a really dark place and made me hopeful and excited to just experience love again. Be encouraged. I'll share this story. We aren't back together yet but we stay in touch. She's in a different time zone so often she's asleep when I'm awake and vice-versa. She has difficulty sleeping at night for various reasons and it wears her down. She was on my mind this afternoon while I was listening to a similar TH-cam. I believe in thought transmission and telepathic communication, etc. So I thought to take 1/2 hour to send her calming vibes to help her sleep. I picked up my phone to set the timer for 30 minutes and as I was about to open my timer the tone alerted me to her text! She said her back was hurting and she was having trouble getting to sleep. This can't just be a coincidence! I told her what had just happened and asked "How could I have known that?" She replied, "I don't know." Well, I do know! I've been listening to this every day and night for a little over a week. I feel like at first my subconscious was rejecting it because I had a lot of opposing thoughts but I kept listening anyway then all of a sudden my old sp texted me last night out of the blue just saying something random. I thought it was so weird! Oddly enough, he's the one I've been Imagining cutting the cord from. I didn't respond because I don't want him anymore, I'm trying to visualize someone new. I'm praying this is a sign and that my new love is coming soon 🙏
This literally happened to me too!! I've been listening for 2 months almost every day. And the person I've been cutting the cord with has broken up with his GF and he reached out to apologise for everything he put me through. Just when I let go of him finally after a year of holding on to hope. I am visualising someone who is my perfect match. That's why I listen to this so often, I can feel him, I keep coming back to this to feel him again. I've also been propositioned by another man, but because of this meditation I could discern that it is not what I'm looking for. It's opened up my heart and made me feel like I can be loved again properly.

Thank you Brian. My other half left me over 2 yrs ago on the day before Christmas Eve! I am still faithful and still have love in my heart for him! I committed to him for life, I trusted him and he abandoned me. I didn't know how to believe in anything because my trust was severed! I didn't want to live anymore. 2 yrs 1 mo and 2 weeks and I still have pain in my heart. I am still single and still faithful. My heart breaks because I had that with him in the beginning. I gave him everything I had. He said hes not coming back. I don't know how to love someone because I will always have the fear of being left and betrayed. I shared everything with him! It breaks my heart because I am a deeply loving and giving person. I was beautiful inside and out! Now I feel ugly because I don't feel that I am worthy of being loved because he left. He said he would never leave me! I trusted him with my life! How can I trust a man again? Even if I fall in love with someone I will always have that fear he will leave and be insecure. I can't go through this pain again. I really wanted to die! I cried every day for 9 months straight! I still cry here and there if something triggers it. I cried while you were talking and asking that we repeat those words. Because my heart is still broken! How do you move past this? You can tell I still love him because I can't move on. However I am open to new love, I just never go anywhere because I'm taking care of my elderly crippled mother with dementia. So that hinders my life because I am stuck in the house. So even when I wanted to go out I can't. And no one to go with. But I know I won't meet anyone in here. I keep asking God to bring me someone who will love me.

This pain is because you are not able to accept the reality that he is gone and not coming back. Yes it hurts. We must never give our lives over to someone else to the point where we don’t want to live if they leave! Ever. His leaving is nothing personal. If someone is not for you, it’s a gift they are gone. It leaves room for the right person, a healthy, reciprocal love. Don’t tell a man everything! If you gave soooo much that may be part of why he left. Men like the chase. Men don’t want to be smothered and mothered. You need some self love my dear. Brian has a few videos on this topic. I don’t speak for him, I just felt bad you’re ruining your life for some guy who has moved on! Why? No one is that special! Have you had any counselling? These issues are deep and it sounds like you might do well with some more support. My God I wasted my life on people that didn’t want me. For what? Now I’m an alone in my 60’s because I didn’t learn boundaries, proper dating techniques, self respect, red flags, how to say no, who and when to trust…etc etc. Now I’m alone cause I clung to people who were not available in the way I needed. Or spent many years alone, doing some of what you’re doing. All that happened was I got older. There was no great awakening. Life is short! No man is worth you throwing away your very precious life. Learn to love yourself woman! It’s time to accept it’s over honey…then move on with your life. You’ve been grieving for 3 years. It’s time to close that chapter and start a new book. Wow. So I feel I’ve been obsessing over this girl I feel is my soulmate/TF/SP and felt last night I needed to take a serious step back and distance myself from her. We are working on a project together that is a bit of a mile stone in our career paths that might even lend to us spending more time together or jus being bonded because of the recognition it’s going to receive. Anyways I listened to this hoping it would help me either move on or get clarity. Fell asleep the first time so tried again when I woke up, and it just made me feel so much better while I tried not to have it focus on her after reading some comments, but of course near the end she appeared. I fell asleep again shortly after and had full on vivid dreams for the first time since we met about her and I together walking around talking like we were a couple but also close friends. I don’t know what that all means but. I feel this video helps a lot with self love also. I just feel so much more positive. I will definitely be listening to this everyday.
Listening to this I felt a lot resistance come up around self love and my ability to be loved because at 51 years old, I've been single most of my adult life. I've never experienced a loving, long-term relationship. This is making me reflect.

I seem to always fall asleep so quickly to any meditation of yours that I pick… Morning or night. Now. It’s helping me heal from depression but I can only seem to affirm on my own or with other channels. This doesn’t happen to me with any binaural beat etc etc. but I do feel grounded when I wake up. Not sure if you have any input. 😂

PLEASE HEED MY WARNING.... you can absolutely attract a specific person, I did it for YEARS, kept attracting back, again and again. Just because you can manifest it, does not mean its whats in your best interest. When I finally let go of this toxic relationship, I let the universe bring me the person I'm meant to be with. Only months after finally leaving, I manifested the love of my life, we have now been together for 10 years. Don't try to manifest a specific person, manifest a good relationship with the right person. If you need to keep attracting a person back to you, chances are they aren't meant to be yours. Actually they reflect what you think, If your dominant thought is that they are toxic or that they treat you bad, then that is what will reflect in your reality. They show up the way you think they will show up. And that is why people lose their SPs. They manifest them back, but then they still hold the same negative assumptions and believe about them. Change one self, and then the rest will follow the right way.

first focus on healing yourself, and whatever trauma that has prevented you from forming connections. Maybe its a fear of trust, maybe you don't feel good enough. whatever it is, really meditate on it and work on yourself. your energy will shift into allowing and people will feel your openness. I have a friend who always attracted men uninterested in relationships, her issue was that she was very fearful of giving trust and of commitment, and rejection. She was essentially self sabotaging, putting herself in situations where it wouldn't work out, she knew these men were bad news. any serious partner she would reject. The unhealed wound of her unstable unbringing made her react this way to men. And believe me... men absolutely know this energy.
After addressing some things that might be energetically setting you back, make a list of what you'd want in a partner. get excited and feel assured that you will meet someone with these qualities. Your list need not be short either. I used this method when I found the love of my life and he fit everything on my list except having long hair (which he now does have). Maybe these long years were not wasted, maybe they were a moment in your life you needed in order to prepare for the person you are trying to meet. thats the last tip, get prepared. Start dressing the part, go out and act the part, tell your friends you're ready, make your home ready to recieve a partner. This will also shift your energy from hopeless and despair, to one where you're letting the universe know what you want, and that you're ready to recieve.
Give yourself the love that you are seeking first beautiful soul you are love that which you are seeking is already inside of you full our own cup first before we can pour love into others ❤

I started listening to this about a week or 2 ago. Everyday on my drive home. Then this Wednesday I was doing whatever and suddenly I got a text from my SP. i tried manifesting my SP for months. Brian, I believe this video has changed the course of my life. I finally let go of my ex with peace and well wishes, and when I felt ready, I listened to this. that night and multiple nights since I’ve dreamt of the same new stranger in vivid detail. I know his voice, his posture, his laugh, every single bit of him except his face - proof to me that this is not someone I created, as brains cannot create “new” faces in our dreams. he IS real, but I have not met him in the 3D yet, so that one detail is missing. @southerndiva8540 yes! This meditation has been an integral part of my healing and self-love journey. I’m not currently in a relationship, but I have two strong hopefuls 🥰 i’m just focusing on loving myself at the moment, and having patience that he is out there and already on the way.
I’ve had two crushes that I’ve been infatuated with for a while who both in their own time admitted feelings were mutual. they both want to deepen the friendship before we move onto anything else. Another sidenote is that I am polyamorous, and this meditation has Made me realize what I clearly want. I’ve also been using Brian’s updated soulmate meditation, and have been having active imagination moments where I literally shift into that timeline and space where I’m with my divine mate.

Be encouraged. I'll share this story. We aren't back together yet but we stay in touch. She's in a different time zone so often she's asleep when I'm awake and vice-versa. She has difficulty sleeping at night for various reasons and it wears her down. She was on my mind this afternoon while I was listening to a similar TH-cam. I believe in thought transmission and telepathic communication, etc. So I thought to take 1/2 hour to send her calming vibes to help her sleep. I picked up my phone to set the timer for 30 minutes and as I was about to open my timer the tone alerted me to her text! She said her back was hurting and she was having trouble getting to sleep. This can't just be a coincidence! I told her what had just happened and asked "How could I have known that?" She replied, "I don't know." Well, I do know! I've been listening to this every day and night for a little over a week. I feel like at first my subconscious was rejecting it because I had a lot of opposing thoughts but I kept listening anyway then all of a sudden my old sp texted me last night out of the blue just saying something random. I thought it was so weird! Oddly enough, he's the one I've been Imagining cutting the cord from. I didn't respond because I don't want him anymore, I'm trying to visualize someone new. I'm praying this is a sign and that my new love is coming soon 🙏
This literally happened to me too!! I've been listening for 2 months almost every day. And the person I've been cutting the cord with has broken up with his GF and he reached out to apologise for everything he put me through. Just when I let go of him finally after a year of holding on to hope. I am visualising someone who is my perfect match. That's why I listen to this so often, I can feel him, I keep coming back to this to feel him again. I've also been propositioned by another man, but because of this meditation I could discern that it is not what I'm looking for. It's opened up my heart and made me feel like I can be loved again properly.

Thank you Brian. My other half left me over 2 yrs ago on the day before Christmas Eve! I am still faithful and still have love in my heart for him! I committed to him for life, I trusted him and he abandoned me. I didn't know how to believe in anything because my trust was severed! I didn't want to live anymore. 2 yrs 1 mo and 2 weeks and I still have pain in my heart. I am still single and still faithful. My heart breaks because I had that with him in the beginning. I gave him everything I had. He said hes not coming back. I don't know how to love someone because I will always have the fear of being left and betrayed. I shared everything with him! It breaks my heart because I am a deeply loving and giving person. I was beautiful inside and out! Now I feel ugly because I don't feel that I am worthy of being loved because he left. He said he would never leave me! I trusted him with my life! How can I trust a man again? Even if I fall in love with someone I will always have that fear he will leave and be insecure. I can't go through this pain again. I really wanted to die! I cried every day for 9 months straight! I still cry here and there if something triggers it. I cried while you were talking and asking that we repeat those words. Because my heart is still broken! How do you move past this? You can tell I still love him because I can't move on. However I am open to new love, I just never go anywhere because I'm taking care of my elderly crippled mother with dementia. So that hinders my life because I am stuck in the house. I am sorry for your pain. This pain is because you are not able to accept the reality that he is gone and not coming back. Yes it hurts. We must never give our lives over to someone else to the point where we don’t want to live if they leave! Ever. His leaving is nothing personal. If someone is not for you, it’s a gift they are gone. It leaves room for the right person, a healthy, reciprocal love. Don’t tell a man everything! If you gave soooo much that may be part of why he left. Men like the chase. Wow. So I feel I’ve been obsessing over this girl I feel is my soulmate/TF/SP and felt last night I needed to take a serious step back and distance myself from her. We are working on a project together that is a bit of a mile stone in our career paths that might even lend to us spending more time together or jus being bonded because of the recognition it’s going to receive.
Anyways I listened to this hoping it would help me either move on or get clarity. Fell asleep the first time so tried again when I woke up, and it just made me feel so much better while I tried not to have it focus on her after reading some comments, but of course near the end she appeared. I fell asleep again shortly after and had full on vivid dreams for the first time since we met about her and I together walking around talking like we were a couple but also close friends.
I don’t know what that all means but. I feel this video helps a lot with self love also. I just feel so much more positive. I will definitely be listening to this everyday.
Listening to this I felt a lot resistance come up around self love and my ability to be loved because at 51 years old, I've been single most of my adult life. I've never experienced a loving, long-term relationship. This is making me reflect.
