You could volunteer at summer activities if you have enough accumulated time off. Senior members don't necessarily have to actively attend, and any support at activities is appreciated!
I am close to having to take my Wright Brothers leadership test and this is very useful. I’m almost a Senior Airman but bc of Covid-19 all squadrons have not been able to meet, thus slowing my development.

If you just watch the videos, I can't guarantee anything. I recommend looking at the end of each chapter and see if you can correctly answer the review questions. It least read through the learning objectives at the beginning and know the answers to each of them.
